Awesome job, good communication, great on the details and resolving any problem they came across. The project manager Jason was awesome, attentive had a great crew under him! The next weekend they sent their trucks to my house and started aerating my lawn without my consent. This is not the first time this has happened with them. With them the customer is always wrong, and they will deny any wrong doing. Do not ever use action lawn care unless you want to be victimized!

They came back later to waterproof the outside of my house at the bottom of a slope, where a rain chain did not quite do as good of a job of shoveling away the water compared to a gutter system with a downspout. Their workmanship and professionalism was excellent. But the best part is that they continue to take such good care of me now even over a year later. I had an issue where I thought the electrical outlets to the sump and dehumidifier were not working today - big thanks to Scott for texting me back on a weekend and especially to Brandon for coming out within 24 hours on a Saturday to help me problem solve the issue. He showed up and was kind and not at all impatient. I didn't realize those electrical outlets had their own dedicated switchbox outside the house! It was an easy fix. But as we were walking up to the house to problem solve it I had mentioned that I knew I was out of warranty by a few months. Brandon assured me that doesn't matter. They take care and ownership of their workmanship and would have repaired it for me regardless! And that's the extra that is above and beyond any other company.

I give Carlos Juez a 5 star plus because of his dedication to his customers and his willingness to crawl around in some dark, dirty and cramp crawlspaces.

While this wasn't intentionally done, and they tried to do some things to help restore our water, unfortunately the people who did the work lacked the expertise to complete the job. We needed someone before the hole was closed and work completed. The backflow device, which by itself is an expensive piece to replace, was toast. Our irrigation system was completely cut off. We called our plumber, All Hours Plumbing, who referred us to Blue2Green. Micheal and his associate sized up the situation and not only replaced the backflow device, but also rerouted the pipes, simplifying the arrangement and adding a new cut-off valve. His charge was very reasonable, considering the effort involved, all the parts, and what he did to straighten out the problem. What I ended up with was in my opinion a work of art. I will continue to use him for all our irrigation needs. I highly recommend his services. If you need a professional for any irrigation problem I suggest you contact Blue2Green. I don't think that any of the other companies I've used in the past for irrigation problems could have handled this so artfully, efficiently and timely.
