We did almost all of our mulching conversion and landscaping ourselves this year since out regular guy had hip replacement surgery! We were satisfied with the results but saw a neighbor had hired the team of Moses and Ewing to do their mulch. I noticed it looked like they had a lot of extra bark mulch, which we could use in the backyard, and we asked if he was interested in placing it in the back of our property. He called his boss, William, and we all agreed on a fair price. they are hard workers and cleaned up nicely. In the years to come they may be our new "GO TO" Landscapers if the price is right! I had a PVC manifold on my yard sprinkler system begin to leak at one of "t" junctions. William quickly responded to my project. I explained the problem and he discussed alternatives. His price was competitive. I commissioned the job and we set the time for the repair. William notified me of his departure and arrived within the start time window. He pointed out two design issues and recommended a change in the configuration. After installing new valves and fittings, the access box was installed and the holes with filled with grass segments being replaced in position. He the tested the system and helped me fix a malfunctioning sprinkler head. He then made sure my timer/controller was set. William is personable and professional. There's a couple of things that really differentiate this business from other contractors or landscape companies: 1) responsiveness 2) value 3) creativity I always hear back from William and he is super communicative. He did a ton of work for very fair prices (had my entire yard re-designed to better manage drainage and make it more accessible for children). First time ever giving review but want to warn anyone from getting taking advantage from this company. I was referred to Will from fencing company and decided to let his company do grading for my home February 12th(Pay deposit which was half of job). With the rain playing in weather I was on book to have work completed by March 11th. That didn't happen due to Owner got COVID which was definitely understandable. He reach out to me couple days later stated he was going give job to friend at 360 Supply LLC, which I was not okay with as I didn't hired them for job. After couple minutes I can around and was like okay because I needed the job be completed. The day the job was suppose to be completed by 360 Supply LLC, didn't happen and had to reach out to him as why. Remind you I'm reaching out to him as it should have been opposite. I was told of dirty supply, I was okay with it and advise reach out once reschedule. On March 15th, I inform him that fencing company had me on schedule for April 7th and needed the grading to be done before then. He told me no worries and stated it will definitely be done by then and he had my back. That was relieve and had trust his words. On March 27, after receiving no update, I decided want go to another company and let Will know. He stated I could lose my deposit and apologize for delay. We talked and came to date April 2nd the job will be completed no matter what. Well guess what April 2nd came and didn't receive no update from Will and had to reach out as what's going on. Again I'm reaching out smh. He text and stated he couldn't get any dirty delivery...same old excuse as this should been prepare days ago. After that i had enough and stated how unprofessional this had been. He agree and stated my refund will be giving within 7 - 14 days. Remind you with three days away from grading I couldn't found anyone for job and had to fence yard with no grading done. When in March I wanted to go look for another company but he held my deposit over my head. Okay, 14th day went by and called no answer and he will only response by text. He stated he will call bank and give me call back later. Well I tell y'all that call back later never happen and after so many call/text I was done. I had to take it up with bank to get my refund. Lesson learn is never give deposit and once you notice they keep giving excuse found someone else ASAP. If you having second thoughts about this company...please do and run. Please look me up on Facebook where I will provide all evidence of situation and where my bank refunded me not this company. read more
