They prefer appointments, but will take walk-ins (be mindful that priority will always go to appointment clients) I wanted to do a walk in, but ended up setting a same day appointment, only 2 hours after I made the call, so it a doable wait time. I ate lunch and had a nap before coming in, so it was already leading up to a nice chill day. My stylist was an older lady, and she was very pleasant, quick nimble with the scissors and mostly styled my hair with just her hands (I have natural waves) and used very little product. And my hair turned out better than I expected. I basically got a wolf cut with soft layers. As we talked, I found out she's had a collective of over 30 years experience cutting hair both abroad and here In the states. I can really appreciate the service she gave along with her pleasant demeanor during the whole experience I had. My husband ended up going there to get his hair cut a few days later...and I was happy with what they did to his hair as well. Very clean and styled in a way that suits his face and head shape. Not just a cookie cutter hairstyle that looks the same on everyone. This one really flattered his specific look and personality. The only downside is parking on a busy day, the lot is small and right up near a busy street. So I understand why they encourage appointments, to keep the parking lot from being crowded. So it seems like they already put some consideration into setting up a good experience for their clientele. I look forward to visiting them again in the future for a color job I want to try. All I wanted this time around was a wash, cut and style and it was decently priced and professionally done in a relatively short amount of time. Charged $150 for color package which is suppose to be at least 2 hours but was done in less than an hour. I felt like they just wanted to hurry and get you out. They spent several hours patiently working through the tangles, even providing her with hot chocolate to keep her comfortable while they worked their magic. After a thorough treatment, steaming, and a careful trim, the results were absolutely fantastic. Most importantly, my granddaughter was thrilled with how she looked. She burned me multiple times and ended up needing advice about heat temp and technique by the manager. She also tried to post before and after results of my hair even though on the form I signed when I first came in I specifically noted that I didn't want to have my pictures on social media. Afterwards, I asked how I should upkeep it and she just said to wrap it. I asked how to do that and she said "I don't know." I looked like Kate Middleton with a bad blow out the next day. The next time I came to just get a trim. The stylist only asked one question about if I was allergic to rosemary (even though I already wrote that in the intake form). She also parted my hair directly in my face and left the store (like actually clocked out) while I was under the hair dryer and told someone in passing to ring me up in 15 min. Last but not least I got my hair finger coiled and to be honest I was for once extremely happy with the result. The stylist answered all my questions and I was left very satisfied despite taking three hours. The only reason I've come back is that I have a bday gift card I'm trying to use up. Otherwise I'd never walk in again. It shouldn't have taken me three different services by three different stylist to be happy.

A couple days ago I went in for a hair cut and agreed to layers. This was my first haircut in a…read morevery long time and I was really excited. After my appointment, when I had the chance to really look at my hair at home, I just about cried. The layers were not blended at all. The front half of my hair is so much shorter than the back, with no blend. While my hair was being chopped, I was turned away from the mirror the entire time so couldn't see what she was doing. My hair dresser was truly kind and nice and I didn't have the heart to tell her that I did not like the cut. Unfortunately, I don't see how my hair can be fixed without getting it cut even shorter which I am unable to do. I will be getting it fixed by a different hair dresser once it is long enough. My hair will not be worn down until this is corrected. I have been to Stiletto Hair Studio in the past and had it done by someone else. I was incredibly happy with how my hair turned out then. This is extremely unfortunate and I wish it didn't turn out this way but I am truly sad that I paid so much money for a cut that looks like this.
