There was literally no dogs here on a Saturday morning. I was so sad. I cried. I hate Wiggley Field Dog Park.

Bridgestone Park is where it's at. It's a big, beautiful park with so much for kids to do. The play…read morestructure is huge with multiple levels, and there's also a splash pad which is perfect in the heat. They usually have food trucks out, plus covered areas if you need shade. You'll also see people hosting parties since there are spaces you can reserve. There's even a fishing lake, which is a nice bonus. We come here all the time and love it. There's also a dog park right next door.

It has a California type feeling because of how open the layout looks. I'm very happy that they decided to go with the rubber on the bottom instead of the mulch because that always gets in kids' feet and is so annoying. The rolling down part is so cute and very fun and I'm happy that they included a splash pad because of how hot our summers are. Not to be a negative nancy, there are a few points that need to be told. 1) The climbing structure is high. I mean, I know it makes sense that a climbing structure will be high, but it's extremely high, and there's no safety net. I don't let my toddler up there alone because if she slips, she would definitely fall from a very high place. You need siblings or something to go together. And even then it would make me nervous. 2) I wish there was more covering so that we would have shade as well. I really don't understand why we don't have more shade coverings in parks in Texas. 3) I can understand having to make reservations to use the picnic tables, but we should not be charged so much just to use picnic tables in a free park. That's ridiculous. I feel like I can't complain because this is absolutely the nicest park in the area now, but these things definitely should be taken under consideration when visiting.

The staff is always available for whatever questions or situations I have, and when they're not, they make the time always to get back to me. The previous apartment I rented from took over a week to answer maintenance requests. The most extended maintenance request for me at the Pierpont is two days. I enjoy living in this beautiful residency. The location right off the hardy is perfect for commutes to the Woodlands or Houston. The new gentleman that a leasing agent is truly the best. I was locked out of my apartment & thankfully, he came to the office early. I was afraid I would have to call maintenance, which on weekends charges $75 for lockouts. He was able to unlock my door. Thank you, my guy!!

The garage door breaks every so often or your sticker decal won't work and you're forced to use the app. The last straw for us were rats in the walls. This has been brought up to the leasing office under multiple instances, by multiple people, and nothing has ever been fixed. Multiple people on the 4th floor said they heard them. We brought it to management's attention and for 2 and a half months were told it would be fixed and while their new management company "takes this VERY serious" nothing was done to repair it except someone coming in to clean our vents incorrectly, without any PPE and leaving vents open for those animals to run out. Even after we gave our notice, the front office said they would "keep working to rectify the situation and keep us updated" and nothing ever happened. There was a shooting the last week we were there. I would advise people to stay away from this complex unless you literally have no other option.

At first when we got there the person asked our zip code and usually out of zip code you pay more obviously. This kid tells us it's $17 for me and my mom then all of sudden it's another $17 for my 2 year old and asks if the baby (6month) old will swim and he would also be $17. Ok so we're ready to pay and then he doesn't know what he's doing with his register and seemed confused. We go in, bathroom is disgusting, smells bad. Definitely nothing spectacular for $17. The worst part is I guess they kick people out every few minutes for 10 minute intervals while they take a break?!?!? How does that even make sense, like do they not have enough staff. Even worst is they kick everyone out accept certain people. Honestly don't waste your time and money, we came back in 2012 and the staff was nicer, pricing wasn't stupid ridiculous, place looked cleaner, I guess with time they stopped caring. Either way won't be coming back here again.
