. I've been a resident at the Pierpont for seven months now. It is one of the most pleasant experiences I had at a residence. The staff is always available for whatever questions or situations I have, and when they're not, they make the time always to get back to me. The previous apartment I rented from took over a week to answer maintenance requests. The most extended maintenance request for me at the Pierpont is two days. I enjoy living in this beautiful residency. The location right off the hardy is perfect for commutes to the Woodlands or Houston. The new gentleman that a leasing agent is truly the best. I was locked out of my apartment & thankfully, he came to the office early. I was afraid I would have to call maintenance, which on weekends charges $75 for lockouts. He was able to unlock my door. Do NOT recommend moving here. Not all the units have an island, the water gets shut off multiple times a month for "emergency repairs" and the fire alarms are constantly going off as well. The garage door breaks every so often or your sticker decal won't work and you're forced to use the app. The last straw for us were rats in the walls. This has been brought up to the leasing office under multiple instances, by multiple people, and nothing has ever been fixed. Multiple people on the 4th floor said they heard them. We brought it to management's attention and for 2 and a half months were told it would be fixed and while their new management company "takes this VERY serious" nothing was done to repair it except someone coming in to clean our vents incorrectly, without any PPE and leaving vents open for those animals to run out. Even after we gave our notice, the front office said they would "keep working to rectify the situation and keep us updated" and nothing ever happened. There was a shooting the last week we were there. I would advise people to stay away from this complex unless you literally have no other option. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Pierpont Apartments during the interview process. Communication was poor, and the process felt unprofessional and disorganized. Update: payment received after sending demand letter. Approx 7 months. So I've updated my stars from 1 to 3. Locators and realtors beware! This company falsely advertises payment for services rendered but refuses to honor their commitments. Despite both verbal and written agreements, they fail to compensate as promised. This place is is dirty and old with fresh paint over it, I currently stay here and it has been the worst experience, One of the main issue they have here is a pest problem... multiple insects, bugs , roaches , even rats in the facilty and apartment , I called every week to have my place sprayed down and still they reappear! I haven't had a good sleep in a long time due to thinking the bugs are on me , my 2 nd issue Iam having is recently there was a flood and I totally understand situation can't perdict the weather but my apartment got flooded twice couch ruin and rug in which they clean for me, that was all they did, I told them I would like to be accommodated to another room perhaps an upgrade for not knowing that the apartment I have now would get flood they told me no and that if if I change room they would charge me more then what Iam paying for my apt ... Please don't move here it's a scam plus u have to pay additional 189 for broken gate that don't work been 1 year still paying for a broken garage door , I have so many more complaints it's just sad read more

I absolutely hate this apt complex they have no mercy or compassion and are illegally trying to evict me because i had a fire in my unit ! It is no longer in living conditions they are trying to create whatever possible reason to kick me out it is going on day 3 after the horrific fire me and my toddler was in . The complex only cared about the apartment which is fully covered on their renters insurance . All major appliances in the unit are broke and water damage due to flooding they refuse to fix the issue not mention how ghetto this facility is before this with a double killing in the complex they didn't even tell us what was going on and robbery in the parking garage ! I am on unemployment due to lack of work because of virus which is legally documented with TExas judge and with the complex ! They are still trying to evict me because of pass due balance even after cdc has pushed the eviction date back which means legally i am still in my lease so they have to fix this unit my daughter is experiencing trauma and we can not eat in this apt scared to leave because we have no where to go i wouldn't rent from these monsters read more

I been living here for almost two years we got a new car that needed a sticker that we told the front desk about they gave us this yellow paper note to hang in the car until we got our garage sticker they told us we could still park in the garage so we did we waited almost a whole month while updating them that we need one we didn't finally get one until we got this sticker put on our car that wouldn't come off saying our car would be towed if we didn't get a sticker so who ever did that imma need to see you because why would you put a sticker directly on a car window knowing it would come off #2 floor 2 has a bad habit of people letting their dogs shit and piss on the ground also the door entering the 2 floor by the glass doors needs fixing the door slams shut everytime it has broken the side of my cart because the door slams the side of my cart everytime you try to go through it and bringing groceries and other things are really hard I love Scott because he's the only one who really answer anything Also the big spider and bug problem going on is ridiculous also all the crime that's going on they didn't even tell us that what was happening and people have been killed here and I'm just now finding out they don't tell you nothing and if you need repairs you have to find the repair man in person I don't know his name but he's helpful when he is close by The wall are thin so you can hear almost everything read more

Great location and super friendly management. My apartment overlooks the pool and I love the fitness center and new gates are a plus. They have regular resident activities and gatherings, which has been nice since I am new to the area. I've had an opportunity to meet my neighbors. I genuinely hate it here, the hallways always smell like urine and trash because of the lack of responsibility around here. Almost all of the dog owners are truly terrible, they don't clean up after their dogs and 3/4 of the dogs want to rip off your dogs head as soon as they see them. Throughout my time here I have had to get accustomed to the fire alarms going off at least once per week. I am currently writing this review as the fire alarms are blasting in my ears. The fire alarm has gone off 3 times today for no reason at all. It in itself has turned into a "Boy who cried wolf" situation, I no longer leave the building for fire alarms. I viewed and applied for an apartment at this property. The property requires you upload paychecks and bank statement through a third party vendor. I redacted my account numbers and balances because they just needed to verify my paychecks were going into my bank account. Per Scott my application was denied because the bank statement was deemed as "scanned" in. Instead of going back and forth with Scott about not uploading personal information through a third party vendor, I was able to speak with Monique and a corporate representative who was on site. They gave me the option of walking in my documents but I declined because I initially received an email stating I didn't pay the application fee from Scott when in fact I did and had the email confirmation to prove I did. I was told I had applied on a Sunday night when the application was completed on a Friday night. I read google reviews about tenants alleging they had paid their rent through the portal and received eviction notices and some accounts being double charged. When asked about a refund for the application fee, Scott told me they don't refund and I can despite it with my bank. First of let me start of with the constant smell of garbage and weed. Power outages and water leakages. Plus on top of that roaches so many roaches. Worst place i could've moved into. Not only that but the cameras apparently do not work!!! Crime rate is high !! Cops show up here weekly!! I was parked in front of three cameras when I called the police they said they are out here a lot for the Same issues weekly and when they requested the video from the property manger she left for the day and didn't release the videos!!! Management is very rude and disrespectful. Monique talks down to tenants and potential tenants she has no respect for the elderly and let's her position go to her head. They never answer the phone, there is always dog feces in the halls, trash bags sit out over the weekend, you can never let your dogs enjoy the dog park because it's full of dog poop, the walls and floors are thin therefore you hear everything, the office is slow to respond to maintenance request, there's very little area to walk your pets, and the halls are always dirty and there's always a problem with the elevators. The worst part is the new staff in the office they are the worst once the ink has dried on your lease agreement they change on you. read more

Management is extremely rude. I have lived at pierpont for six months and have parked in the future resident parking at night & never had a issue. Parking sucks by the way! I walk out to my car today to find a big ass orange sticker on my brand new car. I ask them to have whoever put it on there to remove it . They suggest I use windex to try and scrape it off. Come on. Really. If the rules have since changed come find me and ask me to stop parking there. At least help me remove the sticker off my window because it wouldn't come off and I have things to do. Not a razor blade or anything to remove it! . Nope she makes her suggestion I should just find windex. Wonderful. Well my day is now starting off at the car wash as if I didn't have other things to do today!!! Thank you pierpont. I wasn't going to say anything about the hallways with animal piss stains and never ending marijuana smell but here you go! Love the trashed dirty elevators too. Did I mention the construction crew below my apartment replacing there leasing office floors playing loud music and yelling at 11-12 at night ?! The staff at this community was amazing! The leasing agent Nick gave me a great tour of the community and left no stone unturned in regards to a feeling of confidence for this place to become your next home. So customer service here was great! The finishes in the apartments are super modern and chic! Space is also used well by designer on layouts. Very cool floating islands in some units which match perfectly with the cabinetry and also match the granite countertops. The property had a great open concept for business center that brings the great outdoors in with modern garage style openings allowing residents to enjoy the great outdoors while still getting to take advantage of cool billiards style amenities that business center has to offer. I will definitely recommend people to come see this community! read more

These are hands down the worst managed apartments I have ever lived at. Don't get me wrong, I really do like my apartment itself as well as the community, but the management is horrible. You cannot contact them by phone at all. The only way to speak to them is by showing up at the office during weekday business hours*. They claim to be open on the weekend, but every time I have gone there during the posted hours for Saturday, no one is ever there. Since I moved here the fire alarm has gone off multiple times, sometimes lasting as long as 30 consecutive minutes. Also, the "secured" garage gate is open more times a month than not open. I have tried many times in the past to call the office by phone during weekdays during their hours, but they never answer the phone forcing you to leave a voicemail that they never call you back. I cannot wait for my lease to be over and highly discourage anyone from moving here. read more
