It's one of the only restaurants within easy walking distance of the Tracy Tesla Super Charger which is right off the Highway. Super convenient, and the food was actually really good for a fast food meal. They also have milkshakes and ice creams. Wienerschnitzel is unique among California's home grown fast food places. It doesn't concentrate on hamburgers or tacos (or both). Between hot dogs and pastrami, they're not mainstream. Add to that Tastee Freeze, and it's something like Dairy Queen, California style. I got a chili dog, fries, and a medium drink. I think I should have found a way to make that a combo because it came out to be a little more expensive than expected, but not horribly bad. The taste is great. Do they care? I believe they do. They seemed enthusiastic, and certainly had the drive-thru and the dining room moving pretty well. It's surprising that some business so unique would do so much business. I would give one star if I could. I stopped by to get something fast and spent about 22.00. I get all the way home across town and realized they didn't include two of my food items. I tried to call so I could just get a credit for next time. No one answered. So I got in my car drove all the way back went in and the guy who actually helped me at the window approached me.
