Ordered 3 chili dogs from a coupon used in store and didn't see they had cheese. I'm lactose intolerant so I asked them if they could remake it and manager was very rude even thought they were unopened and we waited inside the store. She said it's not her mistake so she can't fix it. I told her I was unaware they had cheese I'm lactose intolerant and she said OKAY then walked away! I ordered a four chili dogs and when I got home, I had chili burgers so I went back to order for chili dogs and when I got home, I had four chili cheese dogs. Apparently somebody don't follow directions through that intercom. Are they too busy outside to employees trying to feed a dog a hot dog? I have never eaten at a Wienerschnitzel before, anywhere! Blissfully unaware. I was intrigued by the "Brisket" entrees being advertised. I bought a "Brisket" sandwich and "Brisket" Fires. $14.02 Sandwich was OK. Lame BBQ sauce but a decent amount of meat. Not overly generous but not skimpy. Not worth $7 however. THe "Brisket" Fries for $6 ? Awful. 2 forks worth of "brisket" on top of the soggy fries with some congealed cheese crap in places. Disgusting. I ate the meat and left the fries standing. First off, I love Wienerschnitzel. I always loved the food. The service, however is another story. I've been to other locations and the service has been a hit or miss. Since I found out that this location was opened, I was so excited. Finally bought food today and although the food wasn't bad, the service was disappointing! I went to the drive-thru and ordered one Chicago beef hot dog, one Oreo shake, and 5 chili cheese fries. The guy did read back my order but only mentioned what I ordered and not the quantity. Unfortunately I didn't catch it. When I got the receipt, I did noticed the discrepancy. They charged me for only the hot dog, shake, and ONE chili cheese fries. Honestly, I don't know how the guy thought I said one chili cheese fries when I specifically said 5! He kept apologizing for the mistake and usually I say "that's okay", but I was just not having it. I understand if you mess up the flavor of the shake or size of the drink, but the quantity is important because that determines how much you actually pay. In the end, I did received 5 chili cheese fries. So it wasn't a bad ending. Originally I was going to give this place a one star, but because the food wasn't bad, I gave it an extra star. I literally would go zero stars if possible. The people that work at this location are extremely rude. I was attempting to order and was trying to have an ingredient omitted from a hotdog and they refused to omit it, saying they weren't allowed to make changes to menu items... like really?! The person at the drive through was so rude I ended up driving away. I tried to call and speak with a manager and they said they have no schedule for a manager. That's pretty unbelievable. Waited months for this place to open. Its a bit pricey. If I'm going to pay over $10 for food (2people) I'd get something I know I'm going to be satisfied with. Went down the street to Mr Taco Best food in the valley. I'd go to circle k to get a hot dog cheap and you make it yourself. Add cheese, chili, onions jalapenos and more. Or just have it plain. Worst service ever. We waited 33 minutes and we were next in line. The cashier took FOREVER to do one shake. The staff was so SLOW. They kept messing up. Then it came our time to order. We were so excited to get a Wienerschnitzel in Los Banos. We went a couple of days after they opened. I ordered 4 chili-cheese dogs on a pretzel bun, 1 med fry and 1 strawberry lemonade and 1 regular soda. I mentioned that it was 4 chili cheese dogs on a pretzel because it appeared she didn 't understand what I said. She did not repeat the order. We received our order, minus the strawberry lemonade. Only 1 chili-cheese dog was on a pretzel bun the rest were regular buns. The fries were cold and definitely not cooked long enough, they weren't even brown, and quite tasteless. I told my husband just forget it, I will eat mine like it is. My granddaughter went up and asked for her strawberry lemonade. They said, Ok, it will be a minute. Meantime I'm watching at least 4 employees just standing around chit chatting. 10 minutes went by and we were done eating. I went up and said, "Excuse me, how long does it take to pour a glass of lemonade". The employee that was running the drive thru was standing there and she said, "What was that". I said again "my granddaugther ordered a strawberry lemonade and never got it, and now we are done eating, how long does it take to pour lemonade into a glass". She asked me what size the lemonade was a I said "regular". She gave me the drink and I walked away. I find the customer service in this place to be terrible. I can see if there were 20 customers in there it may be a little hectic, but there were only about 6 people in there.
