This use to be a very good place getting our orders right and not having to repeat our order but lately this guy victor is my biggest problem. I always the same thing always a #1 with chili cheese fries and constantly he forgets my chili cheese fries and only gets me a regular and it's always the same thing over and over with him when I'm working nights. Ordered a six pack of jalapeño poppers and a 12 pack of mini corn dogs. For some reason this evening they could not give us corndogs. They gave us chili cheese fries and the jalapeño poppers which was not what we ordered..when we went back in to say it wasn't our order and they said OK well we'll get your corn dogs ...half hour later no corn dogs ...we had to go back in again to find out why it's taking a half hour to get mini corn dogs... Two of the employees didn't know and were acting like it was the strangest thing ever ...it's not the type of customer service you expect. ..The manager ended up refunding the money ...never got mini corn dogs it's unbelievable that Wienerschnitzel cannot provide its customers mini corndogs ...one of the excuses from one of the employees was that they had to change the oil to fry the corn dogs but they should've told us that a half hour prior or when we ordered...we wouldn't had to wait and they could've just asked us to order a different item or give us a refund at that time but instead they drug it out ..and I even asked why are you changing oil at this time ??wouldn't you do it really early in the morning or really late at night when you're closing ???it doesn't make sense to me that at 7:30 that you're changing your oil for your corn dogs read more

Once I pulled to the window the manager said they open at 10am I pulled up at 9:55am. He said he usually doesn't help anyone until 10am. They are extremely over priced. Went there recently and spent $30 just for two people. Owner gives the excuse, "we give you larger portions that's why we charge more". FALSE. The 5 stars rating is for the manager who's name I just learned is LaShawn. Outstanding customer service!! I know during lunch rush, there are so many orders to fulfill and sometimes not all orders come out as accurate as they should, and I was one of the customers who were less fortunate today. It's a defeated feeling when you go to get lunch during your lunch break and end up with something you didn't order :( So I called to speak with the manager, LaShawn, and she asked for my work address so she could deliver the correct order. How nice is she?!! I don't know about you, but I know I wouldn't have thought to deliver an order especially in this heat! I'm glad she did though because she's restored my faith in excellent customer service! Kudos to Wienerschnitzel's hiring personnel for hiring grade A management! We have frequented this location since it's opening, however this recent visit we were met with a very rude remark during our transaction. We had entered the drive through and ordered a simple combo, upon arriving at the window we had informed the employee that we would like to add to our order at which point she looks away and says "oh my god" loud enough for us to hear. As I looked at her with a puzzled look another woman approached and I asked her if that was appropriate And such a big deal she replied "kind of".
