After that she said one plant just needed more water, said nothing about the dead ones. I've sent them text and voicemails and was rarely acknowledged. A few months ago she finally said she'd look into plants to replace. And then nothing again. I shouldn't have to keep contacting her. It's been a year and after being told they would do something, I've been ignored. Now my neighbor is complaining about flies from one of my bushes, and sure enough, I looked it up, this bush purposely attracts flies. Now I'm having it removed it and possibly two others to be a good neighbor. And I now have to replace the plants that died before my HOA gives me grief. Meanwhile, my wife had just had a stroke and I'm recovering from cancer and this just added extra stress to our lives. Stay away from these people. They throw a project up to look pretty and then abandon you when their shoddy work fails. The people who are giving 5 stars here will be back to give 1 after they realize this company is terrible.

He and his guys remade a rockery wall that had previously been collapsing, updated and rearranged our irrigation for more efficient and effective watering; reworked all of our pathways - dug them down, added steel borders, added a base layer, French drains and improved drainage, and added the top layer of crushed rock; removed our old plants; cleared and amended the soil; installed a few hundred new plants in accordance with the landscape designer's blueprint plans; laid down a layer of mulch; planted a row of trees along the driveway; added cobble and river rock borders; and implemented so many other thoughtful touches that we didn't even know to ask for. His plant, rock, and boulder resources are near enough by that we were able to go to those locations to choose, and let Justin know, what we wanted. The guys were at our property for a couple of months and were always friendly, cheerful, professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, resourceful, and are creative problem solvers. And did I say patient? Warner Landscape Construction is clearly capable of installing anything you might imagine in your landscape. They are top-notch, and I would recommend them to anyone. That was back in 2019 and it still looks amazing! Almost no weeds grow through the cracks, unlike the existing pavers in our backyard. They also replaced our very repaired city sidewalk with a new one (which we paid for since the city would not) Owner Junior was immediately responsive from the very beginning to any questions/concerns or to any changes needed; the same was true for Gabriel, the project manager. Since I was overseeing everything due to my husband's declining health, I really appreciated that they treated me as a woman as an equal.
