I have very thick hair, and I don't think my stylist had much experience working with my hair type. When I left, my hair had several large knots, sections with uneven amounts of hairspray, and some areas were so crunchy that I couldn't even brush through them. By the time I got home, I ended up redoing my entire head myself, including brushing out all the tangles, which caused a lot of hair to be pulled out. The conversation and customer service were great, and I genuinely appreciated how nice my stylist was. I just wish the styling itself had been better, especially for the price. I hope this location continues to provide training for different hair textures and thicknesses so future clients have a better experience.

The level of service this salon provides is higher than the majority of salons I've been to in the U.S. (Being military, I've been to many). Each and every woman working here is great at what they do and the salon requires some serious apprenticing for every stylist there, regardless of experience level, before they allow them to work on clients - they don't mess around. You definitely get what you pay for so if you can afford to get your hair done with high quality product from a higher end salon, it's worth every penny and they do not accept tips. I've referred many friends to this salon and every single one loves it! Additionally, your first appointment is an in depth consultation for them to get to know you as well as what you want.
