I was shocked by the behavior of the staff. While attempting to park in a public spot, I was confronted by someone who came out of the shop who began using profanity and acting aggressively toward me. It's a shame that a local business would choose to create such a toxic environment over public street access. You are correct--I was visiting a business next door, but what you witnessed was my reaction to the owner yelling and using profanity toward myself and another gentleman. Horrible customer service! The manager/owner is absolutely rude, first they don't even call to confirm your appointment time so you think you have you appointment confirmed.. no! I scheduled my appointment on Thursday 2/22/24 online for a keratin treatment at 4 pm on Saturday 2/24/24. It send the link that it was confirmed. Today 2/24/24 I check my email and saw that is was canceled yesterday 2/23/24 the note said "client canceled" I never called to cancel. I call immediately and the person who answered the phone was the "owner" I nicely tell him that I have an appointment today but it was canceled and I wanted to know why. He replies in a sassy attitude "because you didn't show up for your appointment, I waited" I told him my appointment was scheduled at 4 he said that on his end it says 2 and that there's nothing he can do about it. No apology NOTHING. I just hung up the phone because it was a waste of breath and energy dealing with an owner who has not respect for clients and calls them liars. I do not recommend. read more

Phillip and Marisol, KINDEST PEOPLE. I felt so welcome and they were so catering with my broken foot ensuring I was overall comfortable. I cannot stress that enough. Phillip let me tell you did absolutely incredible, amazing hair life saving work to my mess. He made me feel so confident walking out of the salon he took his time he did no short cuts with my hair. I noticed everything even when I am not verbal about it, and he was so genuine and he really delivered beyond my expectations truly. He took the brassiness away and brought in color and highlights. Recently moved back from Maryland and needed a haircut. After searching Yelp for nearby salons, I saw that this one had good reviews and called to see if I could get in on short notice. When Phillip answered, I asked if I could come in for a dry cut. He responded that they typically don't dry cut. After I explained that I have mixed hair that does better with a dry cut, he told me to come on in and he'd take care of me. I was delighted to find that Phillip is not only a master at his craft but also a genuine and kind hearted person. He expertly cut my hair, explaining his technique. My haircut was fabulous and even though this was my first visit I felt as if I'd gained a new friend. I got excellent, expedient service in a comfortable atmosphere. I'm so glad I found this salon! Recently visiting to take care of my grandchildren, my haircut from my previous stylist in SC needed some fixin ( :]]) I was desperate and cautious but my hair was a disaster. I took a chance on this salon with much hesitancy but to my surprise it was AMAZING. So relaxing and the cut was just what I asked for. Phillip did a great job on my daughters hair. She has very long, unruly hair and dandruff. He cut off about 4 inches, layered and gave very good advice on keeping it clean and dandruff free. Avoid this place at all costs. The worst haircut I've ever had. Way overpriced. Too scared to go back to get it fixed and went someplace else. Had a female stylist didn't catch her name but she had short hair. Wanted 3" cut off in a straight even cut, no layers, no bangs just wanted it all one length. Please note it was all one length when I walked in. 2" difference between the left and right sides and parts of the back were shorter than the shortest side. I could have cut my hair better with my eyes closed. I should have put my glasses on when viewing the final result but still not an excuse for such incompetency. The reviews from 2020 and before are for sure about previous owners/management. read more

I really hate to do this but proceed with caution. My daughter had an event so I called first thing when they opened to make a same day appointment. I was told to come in at 11:30. At 11:23 I received a call saying my appointment needed to be moved back to 12:30. I was literally turning into the parking lot. Wow! I had a wonderful experience today at Salon Bellezza! Phillip( who is now the new owner yay!) was my stylist and now my friend! He did such an amazing job on my hair. He's amazing when it comes to hair coloring and even fixing my haircut. He's truly spectacular and so are the other beautiful ladies that work there. I got to see their work first hand and oh boy let me tell you that's an amazing team. They cater to everyone there- women, men, precious children haircuts that look so pretty, EVERYONE! Ladies!!! The hardest thing to find is someone u can trust with ur car and ur hair! I have been to almost everyone in the area and one day after horrible stylists and choices, I was tired and everyone was ignoring the new color I thought would look good on me, I walked in and got an appointment here. How the amazing stylist Missy had time, Bc she is so talented, I will never know!!! She did the best color correction ever!!! (Trust me I have had quite a few!) she also gave me an amazing haircut and conditioning treatment! I think I spent less than $120! That's insane!! Since then I hv been a loyal client for over 4 years!!! She is so talented and knowledgeable and patient!!! I am always bringing Pinterest cuts and she has very nicely had to say, that's not a good idea! If only more people had done this!!! I bleached my hair, ruining I was just going light blonde the other day, and calling her freaking out, she made room for me right away!!! She could have taken me for a lot of money saying I needed all sorts of work and taken a lot more of my money-I was desperate!! Instead she calmed me down, toned, and conditioned my hair for a fraction of what others would hv charged me!! My girls, mom, sister, and cousin, hv gone to her and loved it! I hv also-when I don't plan ahead-had to try out a couple other stylist there, and NEVER been disappointed. The atmosphere is amazing, the cost a steal, and they are very accommodating to any schedule. I wish I had pictures of her great job, but there is no way I want that to be seen!!! After a bad hair cut from a different hair salon in April 2018, I finally braved this salon after reading the reviews on Yelp. Sadly, once again I ended up with a bad cut. My first visit to this salon was a few weeks ago. I came in to get my kids' haircut and to see if I might want to start going there. Our stylist was about 15 minutes late, but it wasn't a problem for us. When she did arrive she got to work immediately shampooing, cutting and styling. While the stylist did a good job, I was struck by the conversation going on between the salon staff. It was regarding intimate aspects of another clients personal life in front of the customers and young children who were present. I also noticed when a caller inquired about a military discount, they all seemed highly insulted that they were even asked and said so. I was actually surprised they would be so offended and insulted considering this community is made up of quite a few active duty and retired military. I am a military retiree's spouse and after seeing that, I was glad I didn't ask. Its all about personal preference. I would probably not recommend you bring young children in, so I won't be back. But if you do decide to give them a shot, I highly recommend you do NOT ask them for a military discount. read more
