There was a lot that went wrong during my visit. Firstly, I got there at 12:30 and didn't get finished until 10:30. Next, my hair was in foils for approximately 3 hours while my stylist worked on another person's hair. During the very long appointment, a disgruntled customer came and was locked out of the salon. When she was finally let in, she was lied to about where her wig was and told to come back later. When the woman left, she started talking about her. My hair looked nothing like the reference photo and has faded way too much in a week. I was charged for her mistakes and the final price was almost 60$ more than the initially quoted price. My hair did not look 250$ quality. First it was children of the corn blonde, then fifth element orange and then this dirty auburn. My hair has faded to a dirty strawberry blonde with the texture still bad. I do not recommend this place. read more

It was a good vibe, nice salon just a little hot in the front I arrived 15 minutes before & was serviced on time. I decided to get the shampoo, cut, & style after talking to Melissa which was $85. It w my first time there. I'd been wanting to do something nice for myself and finally decided on this place. To make a long story short, I had been there an hour and in that time, all they managed to do was shampoo my hair. I'm a patient person but after that hour of waiting and finally getting my shampoo, I looked over to find my stylist doing someone else's hair. Ive never experienced that at a salon before. They just looked liked they really over booked themselves. I decided that I could not wait anymore and just wanted to leave. They admitted to overbooking but still made me pay $25 for shampooingvmy hair. They were clearly not fully prepared to service me and because of that, I feel they should not have charged. I paid and walked away. I called the next day to see a refund but instead interrogated me about the time I was there trying to make their point that I was given a drink, shampooing and was clearly being serviced even though it took an eternity. They said they could not refund me and would give me a deep conditioning for free or something like that but I refused. I don't think from start to finish a cut should take that long. I have waited four months to post this review because I was hoping maybe Clarissa would reach out and do the right thing. I was charged close to $300 for them to destroy my hair. I went in for a pixie and I left with a nightmare everything was going fine with the girl that was doing my hair until the owner came in and took over. Because she didn't have her razor with her she decided it would be a good job idea to use clippers on my hair. In the process, she left me with bald spots. I had also asked about maybe putting some gray in my hair to start my natural gray process and she's stuck what I will call my little pony hair extensions in my hair, bright white and they stuck out in clumps. I had also asked to have my hair dyed all over and that hair dye did not take it actually turned to my roots, light brown, and some of my roots did not take it all. Clarissa did ask if I wanted to go back and have it fixed, but there was nothing left to fix. And instead of making a scene, I paid a lesser amount close to $200 but after being so upset, I called my bank to stop the payment And they did but somehow another this place got my money anyway. I went to get my hair done because it was breaking from stress from my husband passing away a week before and I was returning to work . I wanted a place to go to make me feel better and instead it made me feel worse and it put me in a depression. I can't even explain my hair is still extremely short four months later and uneven. I have never been so upset, disappointed and embarrassed in my life please do not go here and if you work here, you really should just go somewhere else because you are guilty by association and it's gonna follow you everywhere you go. If I could give this place anything below a zero I would and unfortunately, I have to give it one star because that's what it wants me to do . Update: Spoke to Clarissa for the third day this week via phone call, after speaking to her I'm still given the run around. She has to email the "owner" for even a partial refund..I'm pretty sure the reviews here that I've read are saying that SHE IS THE OWNER. So that's odd.. I came here last week for a cut and highlights. The stylist did a really beautiful job with both and was very nice. My only complaint is that they got toner in my eye and when I started panicking from the burning, the response seemed a little nonchalant. She did come to the bathroom with a towel for me but then laughed a little and said they've all done it before. I called the next day to tell the manager, not to get her in trouble because it was truly an accident, just to have her notate it in case something happened with my vision. But the manager didn't really sound like she cared and just told me a story about how she got toner in her eye once and didn't lose her vision so I would probably be fine. Like I said, the job was beautiful, but when I told a few friends this story, they responded with "you got a discount, right?" And no... I didn't. Which is so odd to me. I made an appointment through Square Go for an appointment on a Friday. I cancelled the appointment on a Wednesday & have a screen shot as proof. I was still charged the $100 when I cancelled 48 hrs in advance. Their policy is a $100 fee for cancellation within 24 hours. I have written multiple emails over the course of 4 days and made multiple calls, left a voicemail (no one has ever answered), with only one response from Mr. Reyna. Customers should not be an experiment, get a mannequin head for that. If a hairstylist doesn't know how to cut hair properly they are in the wrong line of work. If Joslynn would have told me from the get go she didn't know how to cut a bob haircut I would have been ok. But to start cutting my hair and leaving it uneven and no where near a bob hairstyle is unacceptable. So on a Saturday afternoon at 4 pm I had to search the city for a hairstylist to fix my haircut. I would not recommend coming here. Clarissa(who claims to be the owner) did my hair, and she was on her phone 98% of the time. I came in to get a simple highlight. When I left, the underneath part of my hair was orange. She did not mention it while she was blow drying- despite it being very obvious. I called, went back to get it fixed. She NEVER apologized for messing up, and was very rude and unfriendly the entire time. I had asked for a refund (even partial) because even though I went back to get it fixed, it was still orange. I was very dissatisfied, and she told me they cannot do that. If you want your hair done correctly, and have friendly costumer service I WOULD NOT COME HERE. Hello, I am not pleased with my hair color. Specifically, I am disappointed that Joan refused to bleach my roots. I also asked for a deep conditioning, and apparently that did not resolve the fly away hair damaged appearance of my hair. Finally, because Joan spent over thirty minutes casually visiting with a customer, he was not able to complete my hair in a timely fashion, thus causing me to be late to pick my service dog up at the groomer. He also charged me over 250.00, which seems excessive considering the work. Although the manager agreed to a free re-do, I asked for a refund instead because I believed that the tardiness, and complete disregard for my instructions were basically insurmountable transgressions. I was also disappointed with the seedy, run down appearance of the establishment, and the tacky location. Subsequently, the impolite, poorly socialized owner began sending me a barrage of nasty, untrue, threatening texts whilst challenging me to sue her. I have instructed my broker to stop payment to this atrocious person, and I strongly urge others to avoid this salon at all costs.
