Hi, I’m Jayden, the founder of WidowByte. I’ve always enjoyed solving technology problems and helping others feel more confident using their devices. With a background in Information Security and a passion for technology, I started WidowByte to provide honest, dependable tech support for both individuals and small businesses. I believe great service starts with listening, explaining things clearly, and treating every customer’s technology as if it were my own. Whether it’s a simple fix or a more complex issue, my goal is to make technology less stressful and get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
