Lynden Meats cut the steaks all lumpy & uneven so they were hard to stack in the freezer, but Keizer had them cut straight so they stacked easily like books. She was very abrupt, fast moving, and didn't really seem to care. Our family will never go back and have been absolutely unhappy with our cuts.

My most recent discovery in Langley is Heritage meats. I prefer to buy meat at a specialty shop, rather than a supermarket for freshness and quality. I confirmed their beef is grass fed raised up until the last stage of life and then fed oats, barley and rosemary to fatten them up. Which sounds cruel but at least they are given free range. Heritage meats reminds me of Bosa foods inside. They have son-in-law products in the freezer--artisan meat pies, Bison sausage etc.. The only downside to this shop is it's very pricey however that's that cost of good quality. They also have a little niche of local Fraser valley loose tea blends which look amazing.
