My strawberry shake was very light on the strawberry flavor, which was kinda disappointing, but the sandwich made up for it. It was delicious, had a generous portion of beef, and was exactly what you wanted out of a beef dip. The picture is deceiving in size, it was plenty for two, or a very filling lunch for one. We loved that the beef is from their pasture. They let us know they have dairy cows who will supply the store soon which is really cool! Nooksack/Everson definitely need this deli so we hope to see them continue to grow! We'll definitely be back to try the cheesesteak!

My gps lead me right to this brown building that serves as a local antique shop with the owners who are really nice. They raise cattle so they also sell grass fed beef and milk and cheese products. I ordered a 25# box that came with a variety of ground beef, steaks, and roasts. They sell many other cuts which I think is great! I would be willing to pay for overnight shipping if that ever became an offering.
