Joseph Dickinson, after being paid , left us with an unfinished system. The upstairs unit started leaking water through the bedroom ceiling, the returns were not installed, and we have since found out that there are many other issues which we are paying thousands more dollars to have corrected. Basically took my money and ran. Was continuously giving me excuses for why the job wasn't done. Like another reviewer, was given a lot of money up front and after doing some digging realized was he charged us over 1000 extra for "materials" and the work he did was not good. Didn't install drain plugs, com cable was too short etc. had to get another contract to re-do almost everything. Have been trying to reach but he apparently changed his number after he said he would give me a refund. read more
