Some flashings were installed incorrectly resulting in water intrusion. The seams on the rubber were not laid to shed water they were stacked and the rubber was cut short across the entire roof. The drip edge was installed directly against the facia which has resulted in the facia now rotting. When I asked about all of this the owner came out and said as a homeowner it's your responsibility to get on the roof every year and remove and replace caulking. NEVER EVER AGAIN will they get a penny from me. Be very cautious when dealing with this company.

I didn't have someone to do it this year and posted on Nextdoor looking for a recommendation - Sota Landscaping was recommended. I sent a text that evening, got booked up within 15 minutes with a rate estimation/hourly rate and within a couple days his crew was out. As a single parent with one income in my household, cost is a big deal. I appreciated the estimate per hour instead of being surprised the day of so much. Payment was a breeze, and they were so kind! I barely realized anyone was here and was so grateful I didn't have to spend extra time trying to coordinate. Now that I see the photos of the other work he has done, I will most likely see what help I can get for the nasty grubs that decimated my lawn last year. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

JR clearly does. His knowledge and experience were obvious from the first conversation, and he took the time to explain not just what needed to be done, but why. What I appreciated most was his honesty. Instead of trying to sell me on the most expensive solution, he walked me through where it made sense to invest and where I could save money without sacrificing quality. That's incredibly rare. He's already gone above and beyond throughout the process -answering questions, being responsive, and genuinely looking out for my best interests. He's an old-school guy who cares about doing the job right, not just getting the job. JR has earned my trust, and he'll be the first person I call for any future roofing work. I'll be recommending him to friends, family, and anyone looking for an experienced, honest roofer. Highly recommend.
