We had it returned, and then when the replacement arrived the delivery people found a hole in the mattress so didn't even bring it in (which makes sense). Then, when the replacement was supposed to be delivered, they had one not in a box like the first one had come, so they couldn't get it up our stairwell. So we had to call Customer Service and explain, and have them come a fourth time with the product in a box. THEN the delivery people wouldn't take the old mattress away, so we had to schedule yet another visit so another contractor could pick it up and get rid of it. So: beware, and communicate carefully about what you want, whether the mattress needs to be in a box to fit up the stairs, etc.

Along the way, a group of generous supporters came together and purchased a beautiful bench from GoldenTeak, based in Lawrence, Massachusetts. They chose a bench for a reason. It represented the image of a homeless child with nowhere to go but a park bench to sleep. They went even further. They had a plaque engraved and placed on it, then presented the bench to Monroe Harding Children's Home--both to commemorate the walk and to thank them for all they do for abused and neglected children. Fittingly, Monroe Harding was also where I began my journey on January 1, 2010. Several years later, the historic Monroe Harding house closed after 150 years of service, though the organization continues its important work at another location in Nashville. Not long after the closure, I received a call asking if I would like to have the bench. I said yes. When I brought it home, I sanded it down and tried to restore it. It had weathered many seasons outdoors. That's when I noticed one of the feet was broken. I reached out to GoldenTeak about purchasing a replacement set, but they wouldn't let me pay. Instead, they told me it was their honor to provide the parts as a thank-you for raising awareness for these children. And I couldn't help but notice the symbolism. During my walk, I also broke a foot--my right foot--just five miles from the finish line. And just as GoldenTeak stepped up for the bench, Dr. Allen stepped up for me. Because of his help, I was able to complete all 1,700 miles... wearing a boot. That's the power of community. When something breaks, someone steps up. And together, we make it through. At no point we're there any missing parts on my initial problem, a bolt was simply over torqued upon construction and finally fell out a week after having the chair. I only purchased the footstools once, so that's a lie. I gave her ample time (over a week) to communicate with the manufacturer in replacing footstools before writing my review. It is disheartening to see her respond to my review with bold face lies. Absolutely disgusting. Pictures show the bolt of my initial problem. Clearly not lost as she said in her follow up. 1 of several lies. Other picture is that of broken footstool which the other one broke the same way shortly after the first. Which were both purchased at the same time not multiple purchases per her, yet another lie on her behalf. Just please save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. Sally please feel free to ask me via email to take this one done too. I told you I was upset and might consider in due time. Then I came back to see you call me a liar. I was appalled and am still in shock reading for follow up. FYI these are here to stay.

If you have gone here in the past they used to be a lot less organized but now they have it dialed in where like things are grouped together. There are some booth spaces and some main shopping areas. There are also closed off areas and areas where the floor is all wet for no reason Decent selection of Japanese and Chinese items, also a decent selection of crap and an abundance of over priced items.

Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

It's exactly what they promised! It is what we need to store our snow blower, etc. I asked endless questions and the owner, Jon, and another employee named Lauren were incredibly patient. They answered every question within a day or less. I have had so many negative experiences with contractors, but this was a great purchase from the first email to the professional install. At one point, Jon said I could have the guy who installed our shed pad (see picture) call him if he had questions to ensure it was done properly for drainage purposes. I have never had such a positive experience with a major purchase-- of anything. I wish I needed another shed. I would buy one from them again. My suggestion is to find out exactly what you need to ensure a seamless install. They list details on their website for reference. Send them a picture and ask if it looks reasonably within their parameters. They answered every question. A good quality shed isn't cheap, but done well-- it's so worth the money. I want to add that the crew who installed the shed were incredibly professional. They showed up early. They worked diligently. They got the shed up in a very timely fashion and cleaned up better than anyone who has ever done work on our property. I highly recommend NEO and Eastern Shed who did the install. Great service. So we were pleased with the buying experience to start. Next came the installation, which was on time and professionally done. They subcontracted a plumber to do the work and they noticed a small leak under our kitchen sink while they were here. They fixed that for us at no charge. Next came a problem, and the real reason I felt inclined to write a review. Something was wrong with the control panel in the new dishwasher and the valve to let in the water would not open. They sent out a technician later in the day to confirm the issue. So we were left with a non functioning machine and we're naturally nervous about when this could be resolved. When we called Dracut, they said they would see what they could do. They called us back ten minutes later and told us that the model we ordered would not come in again for a while but they would get us the better, more expensive model installed in two days at no extra cost to us. Now we have a fully functioning and quiet machine and are extremely happy with the service Dracut provided. We understand that issues like this happen that are out of their control, but they recognized the urgency and fixed the problem without any real pushing from us. We would definitely recommend this business!!
