Wicked Cleaning has by far been the best home cleaning service we have ever had. We are full time AirBnb owners in Big Bear and have literally gone through 4 different companies before stumbling upon Valarie and John's amazing services. Wicked cleaning is a family owned business, does a very thorough job on each visit and even takes pictures after each clean to document their work to have proof of services in case guests ever complain about something..an added value that no one has ever given us before. The Valarie and John combo assure that not only is our home clean and guest ready after every visit but they also keep an eye on inventory, make sure that small items such as light bulbs or appliances are in working order and even add an occasional surprise setup for special occasions! We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for peace of mind when it comes to their homes cleanliness and well being, especially if you are far away from your rental property. read more

I am saddened to write this review but my fiancé and I had a really bad experience with this company. Because we questioned their pricing, they left the cabin a complete mess knowing that we had a guest arriving in a couple of hours. It is heartbreaking to see how messy this has all gotten. They put us in a predicament all for just 25 dollars that we would have payed had things been handled differently. Book them at your own risk. read more

Wicked House Keeping has been cleaning our Airbnb for a while now and we are very very happy!!! It is family owned which counts for a lot (trust me)! We have went through several housekeeping companies who for lack of better words don't give an f, but this company has come through in so many ways! The communication with this company is spot on and I have had many many happy guests at my pugbnb leave with a smile, they pretty much go the extra mile and for that i am grateful! This company is very sincere and polite. The attention to detail is outstanding. Every nook and cranny was taken care of. You can tell they take their time and give it their all. Everything was spotless! Even the grout in the kitchen tile was spotless, I don't know how they do it but I'm definitely calling them back for future reference. They can be a little pricey but I can see that it's because they mean business when cleaning. I definitely recommend this company. read more

Valarie, John and the rest of the Wicked Mountain team have been providing cleaning services for our Big Bear rental property for several months. They are very reliable and have never missed a cleaning which is crucial when turning a short term rental. Wicked Mountain Cleaning is Exceptional!! We own a short term vacation rental in Big Bear Lake and we have gone through multiple cleaners because they have promised one thing when they started and not followed through. We have a vacation rental in Big Bear Lake and have been looking for a reliable person/company to clean our place in between stays for years. I've gone through so many bad cleaners that I started to just accept that every cleaner was going to have issues. I stayed with my previous cleaner for much longer than I should have although I had a lot of quality and reliability issues with them for fear of getting a worse one. I finally got so bad with them that I decided to switch again and I'm so glad that I did. Valerie and her company has done a fabulous job. If you are not completely happy with your current cleaner, don't do what I did and give Wicked Mountain Cleaning a call. You won't regret it. read more
