We only keep her as long as we did to keep our cleaner Carol. The only one she had that did a good job. Lisa has also: 1. Walked in the cabin while guests were still there (10:50) 2. Has sent cleaners to the cabin on days guest were there (check out was another day) 3. Has forgot that guests were checking out and not scheduled a cleaner until we called (she can't read a calendar) 4. She sells you really well telling you she has a team and is reliable but she is so pushy, controlling and Loud.. she gets mad when I talk or voice my concerns over her crew and cleaning... she doesn't have a good reputation in the Airbnb's in big bear . We discovered our cabin hadn't been vacuumed in three weeks -- during which time Soleil started cleaning the house -- after a guest wrote a review about how dirty it was, "gross", with dog hair all over the carpets. The crew didn't bother bringing a vacuum with them to the house. We also read from another guest that they found discarded towels in our house (on the floor) and chewed up sunflower seeds all over the place (we did find the same thing in our housekeeping cabinet, along with a bottle of Jameson). We found someone else's towels in our cabin (beige floral; our linens are white). At least 1/3 of our new linens are missing (sheets, towels, blankets, halves of bath mat sets, kitchen towels). We had just started renting so everything has tags on them along with plastic packaging. So much taken from the house by the crew -- as seen on security cameras -- and never returned. After housekeeping left one day after cleaning, a bottle of Fireball (partially filled) and a water bottle stuffed with cigarettes was found in the back -- overlooked while they were supposed to check the grill and spa. Nothing in the house has been dusted in six weeks. Fireplace left dirty. Our Keurig machine was splattered with coffee, as was the water dispenser area of our fridge, the stovetop greasy, prior to a guest arrival. Worst of all: we discovered after they cleaned the house recently that there were dirty sheets still on the beds and the comforters stained. More than a few times, supplies weren't left for guests as they be (paper towels, amenities). Multiple attempts to discuss this with owner Lisa were met with denials and excuses, asking me what our white sheets looked like. Very disappointing. read more

Lisa cleans immaculately, is on time, and reliable. As a supervisor, she provided well trained housekeepers, personally orienting them to my cabin. She provides excellent communication. Pictures of the clean cabin were sent to me as each visit was completed. Also any damages were photographed and sent to me. For the positive - Lisa is a very nice person and I like her as a person. BUT.... She is a TERRIBLE business woman, very unreliable, and always has an excuse for everything. We hired her to clean our vacation rental a couple months ago. We had negative review after review for cleaning and supplies. Our 5 star rating went down to 3 with her crew on the job. She was also our 24/7 contact person in Big Bear and sent guests to the wrong house, didn't stock toilet paper, paper towels, or soap, and left clean towels in the dryer. We spent so much money purchasing supplies (towels, extra sheets, new pillows, etc..) only to have to continue purchasing them because she would accuse the guests of stealing them. When I told her we would have to part ways with one more negative review, she just quit even though we had a rental the next day causing us to scramble to replace her. Our new cleaning crew showed up and all of our extra sheets and towels were gone. I cannot tell you how much money we spent on supplies and have no idea where they are. Nice lady, terrible terrible at business. Adding an update - My daughter just returned from my cabin and none of the bedding that I ordered (or towels) in mid June is on the beds. Lisa claimed she never received it. I have tracking from Amazon showing it was picked up at the post office by her. $327.47 for this one order and none of the items are in my cabin. I hired a new property manager and have to re-buy the items. She claims she didn't steal anything, of which I don't think she did, but she is so unorganized and has no clue how to run a business. We have the same cleaning lady each time so that there is consistency with cleaning our cabin; she knows exactly what needs to be stocked and where, like stocking k-cups, creamer, and spa towels. After the cleaning is done, it is inspected by another staff member to make sure everything was done accordingly and address anything that was overlooked immediately before a guest arrives. We used Lisa for several Months last winter, she came off as a very nice lady, she had me fooled , as she does most people. We started getting complaints right away that the house didn't seem that clean. So I started to have my brother go by after the cleanings to find out that she was not chancing our sheets ! Our washer take over an hour and the dryer almost double, her cleaners should get there at 11 and leave within an hour , not take dirty laundry with. My brother took pictures and sure enough the same sheets were on the beds. Lisa always had an excused or explication . Then we saw her cleaners started to invite their friends and family to my house , on time I noticed 8 people in my house just handing out on the deck they where feeding their kids, a baby running around, I could hear them playing my pool table and pin ball machine through the ring doorbell camera. We drove up a few times without notice to find a dirty diaper in the trash can ( after the cleaner and her family left ) laundry in the dryer , beds without sheets and filthy tables. Fireplace never cleaned. Hair on the toilet and some in the beds.the list goes on. It was a headache and embarrassment when I had my guest coming in and doing the towels from the previous guest.
