Soleil Cleaning - Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional--this cleaning service has been a game-changer for my hosting experience! - Home Cleaning Near Me

Avoid! Lisa the owner is so unorganized and rips off her cleaners. They do all the work, and she pays them a small fraction of the fee. We had to directly communicate with our cleaner to make sure she was scheduled. Truly she is just a middle man who schedules, and is horrible at it. We only keep her as long as we did to keep our cleaner Carol. The only one she had that did a good job. Lisa has also: 1. Walked in the cabin while guests were still there (10:50) 2. Has sent cleaners to the cabin on days guest were there (check out was another day) 3. Has forgot that guests were checking out and not scheduled a cleaner until we called (she can't read a calendar) 4. Didn't bring our laundry to a back-to-back when she took it to her office for cleaning. read more

I hired Lisa to clean my Airbnb. She sells you really well telling you she has a team and is reliable but she is so pushy, controlling and Loud.. she gets mad when I talk or voice my concerns over her crew and cleaning... she doesn't have a good reputation in the Airbnb's in big bear . Her crew/staff drink and smoke while cleaning and don't even wash linens!!! She literally told me they only wash comforters ONCE a month!!!! Gross!!! We have spares and washer on site!! Lisa and her team are awful!! You have been warned!!! And not sure why Lisa is lying. She did service our Airbnb and we fired her and her team. Why would I make this up?? Ummm read more

Soleil cleaning and Lisa the owner/our compliance manger for my property has been a pleasure to work with. Great communication, friendly and gets the job done. Thank you read more

After posting this review, I was called by the owner's husband who proceeded to verbally attack, insult and threaten me, my family and my property. This is the most unprofessional and illegal dealing with a business I have had in my entire life! I informed him via text that if I heard from him again I would be seeking a restraining order. Please! If you are even considering using this company be mindful of my experience before making your decision. read more

Now that I've been using Soleil cleaning for awhile, I can honestly say they go above and beyond. Jordin and Lisa always are all hands on deck which is invaluable for my remote Airbnb. They are my boots on the ground and make sure to always let me know if supplies are needed, etc. you should hire them! read more

We had Soleil Cleaning as our business partners for our Airbnb in Big Bear. Lisa and her crew are top notch. They have always been respectful and responsive and have done an exceptional job cleaning our cabin. I would recommend Soleil Cleaning when it comes to everything that you would want in a management/ housekeeping partner for all of your short term rental and Airbnb needs. read more

Lisa and Soleil do an excellent job with my vacation rental cabin. We have the same team of 2 clean each time we have a guest... And they are both so awesome! They always let me know the condition of the house and report any damages. Also they go very above and beyond. They will take a mountain of extra trash to the dump, allow me to send extra supplies to them if we're running low, and are always available for last minute check ins. I'm seriously surprised by any of the bad reviews because our experience has been awesome. Give them a chance, you won't regret it! read more

I wholeheartedly agree with Tiffany J.'s review. We had the exact same experience with Lisa and our rental. Lovely lady, talks a good game, but the excuses for poor work were NEVER ending. We also cut her after a couple of bad marks on cleaning from our Airbnb guests. I definitely would not use Soleil ever again. Unless you are available to double check all of their work, I suggest you look for another company. read more

Call this company! I've been using them for 4 months for my Airbnb cleanings. Our cabin's reviews have had high marks for cleanliness- yay! The thing that initially stressed me out the most about starting an Airbnb was being able to find a cleaning company I could trust, and I'm so happy that I found Soleil- no more stress! Soleil has been in business a long time and has systems in place for ensuring success for their clientele. I very much appreciate the communication I receive so I always know when my cleanings are happening and once they are complete. I don't have to worry about no-shows. Lisa and Jordin have been a winning team for me. Highly recommend! read more

Super nice and clean everything was perfect, nice place and beautiful location, we had an amazing time in the cabin!

We discovered our cabin hadn't been vacuumed in three weeks -- during which time Soleil started cleaning the house -- after a guest wrote a review about how dirty it was, "gross", with dog hair all over the carpets. The crew didn't bother bringing a vacuum with them to the house. We also read from another guest that they found discarded towels in our house (on the floor) and chewed up sunflower seeds all over the place (we did find the same thing in our housekeeping cabinet, along with a bottle of Jameson). We found someone else's towels in our cabin (beige floral; our linens are white). At least 1/3 of our new linens are missing (sheets, towels, blankets, halves of bath mat sets, kitchen towels). We had just started renting so everything has tags on them along with plastic packaging. So much taken from the house by the crew -- as seen on security cameras -- and never returned. After housekeeping left one day after cleaning, a bottle of Fireball (partially filled) and a water bottle stuffed with cigarettes was found in the back -- overlooked while they were supposed to check the grill and spa. Nothing in the house has been dusted in six weeks. Fireplace left dirty. Our Keurig machine was splattered with coffee, as was the water dispenser area of our fridge, the stovetop greasy, prior to a guest arrival. Worst of all: we discovered after they cleaned the house recently that there were dirty sheets still on the beds and the comforters stained. More than a few times, supplies weren't left for guests as they be (paper towels, amenities). Multiple attempts to discuss this with owner Lisa were met with denials and excuses, asking me what our white sheets looked like. Very disappointing. read more

Lisa cleans immaculately, is on time, and reliable. As a supervisor, she provided well trained housekeepers, personally orienting them to my cabin. She provides excellent communication. Pictures of the clean cabin were sent to me as each visit was completed. Also any damages were photographed and sent to me. She has a detailed checklist, documenting the detailed cleaning each visit... including dust the lightbulbs. I highly recommend her service! read more

I have been using Lisa and Soleil Cleaning for a year now-she is amazing! Very quick response time and very willing to listen to, and accommodate your needs. It's nice to have someone you can trust to treat your home like their own. I feel lucky to have found her! read more

For the positive - Lisa is a very nice person and I like her as a person. BUT.... She is a TERRIBLE business woman, very unreliable, and always has an excuse for everything. We hired her to clean our vacation rental a couple months ago. We had negative review after review for cleaning and supplies. Our 5 star rating went down to 3 with her crew on the job. She was also our 24/7 contact person in Big Bear and sent guests to the wrong house, didn't stock toilet paper, paper towels, or soap, and left clean towels in the dryer. We spent so much money purchasing supplies (towels, extra sheets, new pillows, etc..) only to have to continue purchasing them because she would accuse the guests of stealing them. When I told her we would have to part ways with one more negative review, she just quit even though we had a rental the next day causing us to scramble to replace her. Our new cleaning crew showed up and all of our extra sheets and towels were gone. I cannot tell you how much money we spent on supplies and have no idea where they are. Nice lady, terrible terrible at business. Adding an update - My daughter just returned from my cabin and none of the bedding that I ordered (or towels) in mid June is on the beds. Lisa claimed she never received it. I have tracking from Amazon showing it was picked up at the post office by her. $327.47 for this one order and none of the items are in my cabin. I hired a new property manager and have to re-buy the items. She claims she didn't steal anything, of which I don't think she did, but she is so unorganized and has no clue how to run a business. Steer clear if you care about your property and business. read more

We have an Airbnb in Sugarloaf, and Lisa and her cleaner Carol have been cleaning it for about 2 years. We have had numerous guests comment on how clean our cabin is, and we have visited it ourselves and are always blown away by how great it looks. We also have frequent "back to back" guests, and it has always cleaned before the next guests check in time. They are always diligent in letting us know if something is out of place, and serve as our "eyes on the ground" as we live over 2 hours away. If you need someone you can trust, I highly recommend Lisa. read more

Lisa and her staff are absolutely amazing! We have used her services to do regular cleans, deep cleans, carpet cleaning and snow removal. Lisa is an honest business woman and doesn't over charge! It is so hard to find decent help on this mountain and boy Lisa has it with her and her staff! We have the same housekeeper for every clean and if ours will be going out of town, Lisa will make sure to let us know every time if a new person will becoming to our house and she always has the new housekeeper to a walk through with the current housekeeper so they will know how we prefer our home. I could rave all day about Lisa and her team!! We are so glad to be apart of the Soleil Cleaning Family read more

Lisa responded super fast on our snow removal request. Did a great job, sent photos and charged a reasonable rate. Very happy with Soleil!

Lisa and her team have cleaned and managed our Big Bear vacation rental for a couple of years now. They are the most responsive and reliable cleaners we have found in the area, and they're great to work with. Especially in the busy season when we have same-day turnarounds, her team gets the job done. I'm grateful that they are the guest-facing part of our vacation rental. read more

Soleil Cleaning and Lisa have been our cleaning company, 24/7 code compliance agent, and check-in agent for the last 2 years. We have the same cleaning lady each time so that there is consistency with cleaning our cabin; she knows exactly what needs to be stocked and where, like stocking k-cups, creamer, and spa towels. After the cleaning is done, it is inspected by another staff member to make sure everything was done accordingly and address anything that was overlooked immediately before a guest arrives. We allow dogs at our rental and we have had great reviews on cleanliness. Lisa is also great with communication and responds immediately. She is also accommodating last minute bookings. She also addresses any issues and concerns I have immediately and cares for my cabin as if it was her own property. When you take pride in what you do to provide your guests with the best experience, it shows in their reviews! read more

Soleil Cleaning - We received 5/5 stars for cleanliness despite allowing guests to bring their pets. - Home Cleaning Near Me

Soleil Cleaning has been cleaning my cabin for just about 1 year now. I am not local with regular back-to-back bookings, so I have to rely on them to arrive on time, make sure adequate supplies are in the home, and of course, clean it to guests' demanding standards. Overall, I have been extremely pleased and when any questions/concerns arise, they address them promptly. I could not maintain my high Airbnb rating without them! read more

We used Lisa for several Months last winter, she came off as a very nice lady, she had me fooled , as she does most people. We started getting complaints right away that the house didn't seem that clean. So I started to have my brother go by after the cleanings to find out that she was not chancing our sheets ! Our washer take over an hour and the dryer almost double, her cleaners should get there at 11 and leave within an hour , not take dirty laundry with. My brother took pictures and sure enough the same sheets were on the beds. Lisa always had an excused or explication . Then we saw her cleaners started to invite their friends and family to my house , on time I noticed 8 people in my house just handing out on the deck they where feeding their kids, a baby running around, I could hear them playing my pool table and pin ball machine through the ring doorbell camera. We drove up a few times without notice to find a dirty diaper in the trash can ( after the cleaner and her family left ) laundry in the dryer , beds without sheets and filthy tables. Fireplace never cleaned. Hair on the toilet and some in the beds.the list goes on. It was a headache and embarrassment when I had my guest coming in and doing the towels from the previous guest. Save yourself the headache and find someone that will clean not blow smoke up your butt. read more

Lisa has helped me since the moment I thought about buying our cabin. We've worked together for almost a year. She helped me through the city permit regulations and she is my eyes and ears at the cabin. She is completely responsive and cares about our vacation rental business. Reviews are everything, we have high expectations to provide the best service and she is a great partner to make that happen. I am 3 hours away from our cabin, so having someone who can whip over at a moment's notice is such a relief. She's much more than our cleaning service, she does our check-in, always has someone to handle miscellaneous repairs, and she even has laundry at her office since our cabin doesn't have a washer. If you want something improved upon, tell her, she will listen and make it happen. She's a business owner who expects the best. I would recommend Soleil Cleaning to other cabin vacation rental owners, new and seasoned. She's an excellent resource for local requirements! read more
