Definitely counting my lucky stars for Laredo because I had some printing to do and legitimately…read morethought I was SOL on it. On a whim I decided to call Laredo to see if by any chance they could get the job done. It was my fault for not accounting more time on the project but eh I digress. I inquired about them printing three large print outs mounted on foam board within 36 hours. I was floored they said no problem and told me to email them the pdf files. There was no sarcastic attitude or a "are you effin' kidding me" tone. Nope they were professional and very kind. Was provided a quote that was more than reasonable and I'm certain way cheaper than the larger boxes out there. When I went to go pick them up, it was super quick but know you need to ring the doorbell since they're sometimes in the back working on projects. It's like a paper heaven in there and you can tell they're busy like all the time. I can't thank them enough for getting this print job done and I'll for sure come back for future print needs.

I have come to this store many times before and have never experienced service like this. The store was not busy and there were very few customers, so I'm not sure why the service was so unhelpful. As a regular customer, I expect basic customer service and a willingness to assist. I hope the store manager can look into this situation and review the staff behavior, because this experience was disappointing. She said all print copy service have to do online After place order online I received email pick up available at 6 pm . I told her and she said no . I ask nicely if you can have it ready by 6 pm she refused it . Why email said pick up and 6 pm and employees tell me come back tomorrow .
