Cost: -They charge $150 an hour for 4 guys and a large truck. Our move from the city to Gwinnett took about 6-7 hrs. We paid about $1200 for our move. -They automatically charge 1 hour for transportation to and from their headquarters, so that will be added to the moving hours and does not include their actual drive time of your items to the new move-in location. This is pretty standard. (TIP: Make sure to avoid those places that want to know your inventory or the weight of your boxes. They pull bait and switch tactics and no one on earth knows their inventory or the weight of their items, so I specifically sought out a service with a flat hourly rate). -Overall, spending money on professional movers will be some of the best money that you will ever spend. Imagine the cost if you injure your back or the weeks of time versus hours that it will take to do this on your own or with your friends. -Make sure to budget for tipping your movers at least $20 each. These guys bust their butts more than anyone. Also, keep bottled water and snacks handy for them and make sure to bring toilet paper to the new location since they will need to use the restroom. Pros: -Our point of contact Jeff was super responsive and professional. -The guys that showed up got the job down and we tipped them all. They didn't slack off at all. -We have hardwood floors in the new place and we didn't want scratches. These guys are definite pros and they automatically wrap furniture, lay cardboard down on floors, and listen when you mark certain boxes and fragile. They knew what to do and we didn't feel the need at all to get involved in their process. -There were no broken items and not one scratch on the hardwoods or any smudges on the walls! That is impressive. Cons: -The only minor con that I observed is that the movers stopped to fill up for gas on our dime, once they were in transit with our items. Since we already paid for an hour of travel time, I expected their truck to be prefilled and ready to go before they showed up at our door. Unlike stopping for gas with a car, it takes a bit of time for truck to maneuver into a station and fill up and we paid for this time.

Jeff is very professional and thorough! He took the time to explain everything in detail to me and then went over it again when I had questions. He broke down the pricing, the driving and everything needed to make the appointment. He said I sounded pretty young based on my voice and gave me some advice about the move. It felt like I was speaking with my Dad, which is a really good thing for me! He went over the benefits of hiring them, such as performing routine background checks on all their employees, their employees are full-time - not contracted and they've been in business for 30 years. I didn't end up booking the appointment because a group of friends and family volunteered to help us move. But if I didn't have friends to help, I would totally book them today!

I want to give all my thanks to the team at Divine Mortuary & Cremation Services. While going…read morethrough a very difficult time and planning for a very sudden and unexpected death of my mom, Donnie and his team made the stress of planning for a funeral almost none. We had a very difficult request that we asked of the team- which was to have my mom prepared and transported back to our home country (Mexico) as soon as possible. Being that her death was sudden our entire family was in deep pain and mourning and we wanted to get her down to our hometown fast to have her service and burial. We knew this was something that was going to be very expensive and timely. I did some research of several funeral homes for price comparisons and Divine was by far the best option. Not only were they the most affordable, their customer service was impeccable and they worked fast and efficiently. In approximately a week my mom was back in Mexico with her family and her service and burial were exceptional. The team also did an amazing job with her hair, makeup, and dress. Her viewing was exactly what we wanted- something simple yet nice. Her friends and family located here were able to say their goodbye's comfortably. No one wants to go through the stress and pain of planning the death of a loved- especially a mother. However, I couldn't be happier with the Divine team. Definitely recommend for the transportation of a loved one to a different location.

We wanted our house with furniture cleaned as if it was never lived in. We have 3 Large Dogs 2 of which get hair all over the place. I'm disabled and my husband and I work all the time. So those baseboards and walls get extra dirty because I can't bend down to clean them. The pet hair can get overwhelming . I was embarrassed at first but she came in, I explained what we needed and she was so reassuring that she could tackle the biggest of jobs. She moved fast, quietly and when I tell you my house smells like MAGIC, I mean it. I've requested her every other Friday. She was very comfortable to be around and brought such positive energy with her. Meanwhile, our house is sparkly and clean and I feel like I can finally relax. The Miko who booked us was amazing as well. Very responsive and even through text could tell that they had a passion to help. When Miko had a day off, Jeff stepped right in and gave the same phenomenal service. 10/10

Please do not even think about using Rockline Moving for your moving needs. I just suffered a…read morenightmare of a day with them. UPDATE In response to their response: Don't let them fool you. Their team has damaged my couch and the ceiling of my apartment, failed to finish the move (they left furniture sitting in the hallway and refused to move it into the apartment or put the legs back on the couch), and to this day (over two weeks later) I have not received a single phone call to assess the damages despite my multiple attempts to contact them. Unprofessional (swore multiple times, ignored me and my concerns) and will leave you hanging. The team does not come with any tools, has no care for items you have specifically told them to wrap and use moving pads (which they didn't, leading to my couch being damaged - the ONLY reason I hired movers). Completely surprised anyone will hire them. Nice on the front end, horrible once they're hired. Keeping my review at one star.

It may have taken several months, but I must say, that the way they handled it in the end was very professional and I am blown away by the effort they put in the end to make sure I was satisfied. They we're very humble and apologetic, didn't mention the negative review at all (and when I brought it up they said they totally understood if I wanted to leave it up), sent me a check for the cost of the repair, a nice letter apologizing for the situation, and a large discount on my next move if I were to use them again. Some might say they obviously did all this for me to change the review below, despite them insisting otherwise. But even if that's the case, who cares!? They did right by me in the end. I will now gladly use them again, and the story I tell of Rockline will be one of redemption and not deception.
