In an effort to get him better faster, my husband and I agreed it may be beneficial to get him an IV. Instead of leaving the house, we called Revitalize (after seeing their positive reviews) to send a technician to us. My phone call confirmed that this business does indeed give IVs to minors. They were friendly and efficient and Nikki showed up at our house a couple of hours later, right at the time we scheduled for... she was super friendly, professional and hygienic. I decided to get an IV also, because why not?! Nikki was so gentle and awesome that neither of us flinched when she inserted the needle / IV. We both got the Myer's Cocktail and could feel a difference right away. I will use this business again if / when the need arises.

I have been getting my lips done for about a decade and this was my least favorite result and…read moreexperience. My normal injector moved about 40 min from me so I tried Bella. Right off the bat I felt a little put off because she asked what I did for a living and I told her that I was a stay at home mom and she made a comment about how she would lose her mind doing that job which was fine but I just thought it was a weird thing to say within the first couple minutes of meeting each other. Right as she began injecting she told me my top lip filler had migrated and tried to upsell me to dissolve it. I didn't really see the migration she pointed out and noticed that when she was injecting the needle was kind of just going right into the middle of my lips, there was no filler used to outline the border. My normal injector really takes her time and uses different size needle tips to define my lip border and cupids bow and her injection just did not feel as detailed. Immediately after she was finished my top lip looked very asymmetrical and when I pointed it out she blamed it on "migrated filler". She gave me a very small amount of dissolver to even it out, which I really appreciated and told me to call her if the filler didn't settle evenly. After about six weeks had passed the asymmetry was still very apparent and they also looked much less full than I was used to. I reached out to her, and she again took no responsibility and blamed it on my filler migrating and said that if I wanted to come in I could pay to have it dissolved and then refilled. Although she wasn't rude, something about the way she was communicating with me gave me "sleazy salesman" energy. Her injection left my lips uneven and I just find it so weird that she kept pushing to use the dissolver instead of correcting the uneven filler she injected. I have seen a handful of great injectors and I've never had anyone say I have migrated filler or leave me with asymmetrical lips. After our last communication she really just rubbed me the wrong way by pushing unnecessary treatments on me so I went back to my old injector to get it fixed. I would not have left a bad review for her but I was kind of upset after my usual injector said I have no migration whatsoever and that paying extra to dissolve my filler would of not only been a waste of money but that the dissolver comes with pretty scary side effects. She corrected my asymmetry and my lips look perfect now and much more full and defined. She said that it was very obvious that my lips were injected unevenly and it had nothing to do with migrated filler, it was just a lack of detail while injecting.

I came down with a stomach bug or…read morefood poisoning on Saturday evening and could quickly tell that I was so dehydrated I'd need to receive an IV - gulping down water wouldn't work fast enough, and I couldn't keep it down anyway. My mom (a nurse) recommended going to the ER, but I have terrible health insurance and knew I'd end up paying thousands. I texted Element, and Krista showed up at my door an hour later. I'd never received an IV in my life, let alone at my own house, so I was clueless--but desperate. Krista was incredibly kind and patient with me as she worked to find a vein that would take the IV. She never once made me feel gross, even though she was witnessing me at an incredibly humbling moment. I felt comfortable and safe around her and when the bag was empty, I owed roughly $400-far less than I would have paid at the ER. The anti-nausea meds in the bag helped a ton, too. I feel that I would not have recovered from my illness nearly as quickly if I had skipped the IV. Now I know that in a pinch, Element has my back.

So once back I'm Phoenix I made an online appt for a 4 pm on a Sunday infusion to help ward off what I knew was coming or perhaps lessen the effects of my impending illness. Booking was super easy on-line and a very pleasant female nurse was there on time and set me up and it didn't take as long as some other places because she put a compression thing on the IV bag about half way through. Fine by me, like too 30 minutes and not 45-60 I've had before. I believe I got the "" immunity" IV. Price was competitive, and I really liked how good the nurse was. I think the IV helped lessen what turned to be a really bad cold which kept me from going to Orange Theory for 2 weeks. Ugh! Great company, I'll definitely use their service again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness and feel others…read moreshould be aware of what happened. This was our first experience with IV hydration. I was interested because Prime IV was advertised as a "Holistic Medicine Practitioner," and I was looking for something that might help my spouse, who has low kidney numbers and struggles to drink enough water. During our initial visit, I completed a detailed health questionnaire and fully disclosed my spouse's medical history, including mitral valve regurgitation and a heart attack the previous year. I specifically told the staff that we had not yet consulted her cardiologist about IV hydration. The representative told us she needed to speak with the physician or nurse practitioner before proceeding. After approximately 20 minutes, she returned and told us we could move forward. Based on that, I believed her medical history had been reviewed and that the treatment was considered appropriate. No one advised us to consult her cardiologist or warned us of potential risks. We therefore purchased a three-treatment couples package. About a month later, her cardiologist told us that, given her heart condition, IV hydration could potentially put significant strain on her heart and that Prime IV should not have proceeded without consulting her cardiologist. I contacted Prime IV to request at least a partial refund because my spouse could no longer safely use the treatments. I was eventually told the owner would contact me, but more than a month later, I still have not heard from anyone. My biggest concern is not the money. It is that we fully disclosed a significant cardiac history, were told her situation had been medically reviewed, and were then allowed to proceed without being advised to obtain clearance from her cardiologist. However, I do feel the manager should have refunded at least half the money. I strongly encourage anyone considering IV hydration--especially those with heart, kidney, or other significant medical conditions--to consult their own physician first rather than relying solely on the screening or approval provided by this business. I expected a much higher level of medical caution and follow-up given the history we disclosed. I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as I believe they already have one complaint against them.
