Today was my 2nd service and my first experience doesn't even compare to this. Typically they text you of their ETA, name and time which the nurse never did. I was poked 3x, I had to ask for a bandaid, did not let me finish every last bit of drop that I paid for, when I made a fist (when she was poking me, she slapped my arm which startled me, used our trash to dispose of the IV bags without asking and overall professionalism was lacking and absolutely did not feel cared for. read more

Whenever I visit the Phoenix area for business, leisure or to see family out there, I am always sure to treat myself to an IV. Between the dry air on the airplane and in the desert, I can always use some extra hydration with vitamins. Yesterday evening I placed a request for a mobile IV through ASAP IV's webpage after searching far and wide through Yelp. They had competitive pricing and nice availability. You have the option to visit their salon in downtown Phoenix or to have the nurse come to your location. Given that I was staying in an Old Town Scottsdale hotel, I was not willing to drive to downtown Phoenix. After providing some brief information via the website, the appointment was confirmed via text and email. A quick, easy and convenient process! The following morning I received a text from Nurse Alexa (Lex) that she was on her way and she confirmed her ETA; smack-dab on time. She set up her supplies in my room, discussed the vitamin add-in options, took my vitals and got me dripping. The process was only about 45-60 minutes total and I felt so much more energized afterwards. Lex was extremely outgoing, easy to talk to and had wonderful bedside manner. I was having a headache and needed to find somewhere to get into quickly. I'm pregnant and unfortunately many places don't take pregnant women. After calling 4 different places, ASAP IV answered and had no issues so I'll definitely be coming back! They also had an availability for me and my husband to be seen immediately. Got a saline drip and B12 addition. I'm nervous with needles but Cindy was gentle and very accommodating. They're in clinic on Wednesday's, Saturdays, Sundays and also available mobile. read more

This was my second time using the service. The first time was so great, and when it comes to the skill set of the nurses, I think that they are amazing. But I did not appreciate about this last service was the nurse persistently talking about how she dislikes immigrants, and how they are essentially ruining our country as well as many other political statements. She kept repeating herself verbatim "no, i dont like immigrants." (My husbands family are all immigrants). All unsolicited statements with me trying to avoid the conversation. It was very uncomfortable. As a nurse myself, I would never bring politics into anybody's home when they're looking to be cared for. She continued to also talk about how far away I was for her, and how she doesn't like doing patient care anymore. I felt very unwelcome in my own home, almost like a burden. Again, great frist experience but this last time ill take my business to another IV service. read more
