My son woke up feeling awful. I will spare sharing the details, but needless to say, he was not faking it. He stayed home from school and slept for a few hours... In an effort to get him better faster, my husband and I agreed it may be beneficial to get him an IV. Instead of leaving the house, we called Revitalize (after seeing their positive reviews) to send a technician to us. My phone call confirmed that this business does indeed give IVs to minors. They were friendly and efficient and Nikki showed up at our house a couple of hours later, right at the time we scheduled for... she was super friendly, professional and hygienic. I decided to get an IV also, because why not?! Nikki was so gentle and awesome that neither of us flinched when she inserted the needle / IV. We both got the Myer's Cocktail and could feel a difference right away. I will use this business again if / when the need arises. read more

After getting the Nero virus this was 100% the best thing to get my body healing. Rachel made it super easy to get an appointment. You get the IV in the comfort of your own home by real nursing staff. You also get a consultation with a nurse practitioner to go over your health. AJ was my nurse and he was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable through the process. I highly recommend this company read more

Very responsive and great to have in our home. They were professional and were able to take care of my family.

These people literally saved my life! I had a pretty bad case of COVID in early January 2022 and the symptoms I experienced caused me to become severely dehydrated. Because I was very sick in bed, my mom called around to various mobile IV therapy companies, none of which had any availability. She then found Revitalize Mobile IV Hydration, who was able to send someone out to my location within two hours! The nurse that showed up, Tania, was SUPER professional and super nice. She was with another employee, I didn't get his name but they were able to administer my IV treatment by my apartment pool, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They even helped me up to my apartment when the treatment was over. I was severely dehydrated and very sick with COVID and this IV therapy literally saved me. Tania also checked my breathing and suggested I go to urgent care for a chest X-ray. This advice also saved me because it was found that I developed pneumonia. I was put on an antibiotic and steroid, which cleared it up. Tania's advice to go to urgent care saved my life! Shortly after the IV treatment I began to feel better and by Monday (the treatment was administered on a Saturday) I was on the mend. I can't say enough good things about this company and I'm so grateful for them being able to send someone out so quickly. read more

Particularly arrogant culture ( the kind that gives Scottsdale a bad name) who confuse serving clients looking for basic daily health maintenance with the classic arrogance of too many medical offices. Vigilance to protect the legal needs of the institution is important and understandable, but does not supersede treating clients with respect, patience and caring. This is a very uptight company. You can do better. read more

After my pregnancy (and during for that matter), I have been knocked down with migraines so bad that nothing breaks them... nothing except an IV with vitamins, and a cocktail of meds. Well, having them once a week minimum, it's just not practical to go to the ER, wait forEVER, pay the $$$copay, and carry on hours later when you can text Juan, "migraine. again. " and he replies within minutes telling you who is on their way! I've used Revitalize services on numerous occasions... not only for migraines! Before traveling across the country I had the Immune Booster IV which was just what my body needed flying with all these flu germs around right now! I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who represent it. Juan is amazing and always there when you need him, and having met quite a few different nurses on the team, my husband and I have both found our favorite: Caroline. While we have no complaints about any of the other nurses that helped us, we happened to really connect with and have grown close to Caroline. She's INCREDIBLE I could go on and on, but I feel everyone should experience this convenient, timely, affordable, mobile IV treatment service firsthand. *and when you do call, make sure you try to get Caroline! You won't be disappointed! read more

Jennifer was a lifesaver! I was very exhausted after an extremely long weekend and still not recovered by Wednesday (could barely keep my eyes open). She came to me in 15 mins and asked me about medication allergies, I had one so she substituted one of the typical vitamins for extra vitamin D. When I tell you I felt better within in an hour, I mean I felt WAY better. The ladies in my office all commented on how I was acting much more like myself and boy did I feel like it. If you are feeling down, sleepy, or like your body is trying to fight something off, YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE! I love that she came to me and for cheaper than I've had in the past where I have to go to them! So convenient and SO WORTH IT! Thank you Jennifer! read more

I was in my 4th day of a migraine and could no longer roll my eyes (if you know me, that's how I communicate sarcasm). I called around 8am and was told that one if the nurses could be at my house around 12noon. They had the same medication and dosage that I get from my PCP. Tordol, Benadryl, zofrin (my migraine relief). It did take 2 tries to get my veins to accept the needles, cause I was dehydrated...but the nurse was amazingly polite and nice. 10/10 would recommend and use again. The cost was just as much as a visit to my neurologist and I didn't have to leave my house! read more

What an amazing service, it is absolutely worth the price to anyone who is on the fence. This was as easy as a two minute phone call followed by a 50 minute wait until I was met by a friendly nurse who was in and out in another 50 minutes, unbelievable service. read more

The best investment the whole trip. Starting feeling the benefits within 20 minutes and had energy again. We called about 7:30 on a Sunday and Jennifer was here by 9:30. The process was easy. She said the benefits usually last a few days so definitely do it earlier in your trip. read more

My friend got salmonella poisoning on Friday afternoon. He was horribly sick, all the usual symptoms but very severe. He couldn't even keep water down which meant every oral treatment I gave him came right back up. By Saturday night we were talking hospital time. But the thought of sitting in an ER for over 3 hours (the ESTIMATED wait time) while puking wasn't a real choice. I couldn't find one single urgent care that took his insurance and had an opening anywhere in the near future. So he suffered until my friend told me about these guys. Duh! I totally forgot you could get this. So I emailed them at 0604 on Sunday and the nurse (Toby-AMAZING!), was here and had the iv going by 0730! They were so friendly and the whole thing was super easy. They tell you prices RIGHT UP FRONT. You know what you will pay before they ever send someone out. My friend was so sick he needed an extra bag of fluids and a second dose of anti nausea meds. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is the price. It was $210 for the 'food poisoning package'. But the extra bag of fluids was $50 and the extra 4mg of Zofran was $25!!! They did tell me the cost before they gave it to him. So they don't try any sneaky business! Then the total was $285! But honestly, avoiding the ER, not having to leave his bed, their AMAZING response time and seeing him on his way to recovery really was worth the price!!! read more

I'm giving this company 3 starts because they fail to mention at the time of booking there is a 25$ trip charge on top of the prices listed on their website, so you look at the price call to book and when the IV is done it's 25$ more than you anticipated that's not right. Just be upfront state there is a trip charge. This can't be found anywhere on the website nor is it told before the IV is started. read more

I was on my death bed today after a bday party last night, couldn't even keep water down. I called Revitalize, and they were at my house within an hour. I was on my death bed after an absolutely unnecessary mid-week bender. I couldn't keep a sip of water down and was feeling extremely dehydrated. I finally mustered up the energy to call Revitalize around 3pm on Wednesday, and they showed up by 5pm. He and his wife were SO kinda (Judgement free zone considering this was a Wednesday) and they were even great with my dogs. I'm a big baby when it comes to needles - it nailed the vein the first go-around and I immediately started feeling better. I woke up Thursday morning and was able to make my 6am workout. Wouldn't be alive without them. Awesome people and worth every penny to get my life back in order! read more

We got back from Vegas last night and we were not feeling well after the drive so we decided to try IVs to feel better. We had a great experience and felt hugely improved after our IVs. Will definitely be using the service again! read more

I am not new to migraines but this one was for sure one of worse ones I've had in a while. I've used another company before but you have to drive to them plus my last experience was not that great. I was lucky enough to find Revitalize IV in January of 2021. Juan is always so helpful in getting a nurse to the house ASAP. Every nurse has been a joy to have over during the IV.
