I was told that I have stage 2 kidney damage, have parasites from dog, am low on pretty much everything they tested, and that at my stage I'm at now, I likely wouldn't be able to support a fetus in my body for about 6 months unless I take the supplements I'm recommended to take. After hearing the results, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the supplements. They recommended I take $1200 worth and that's only a 3 month supply... I took time to think about it even though I was terrified that I'm falling apart on the inside. I work in the medical industry and immediately made a call to get a second opinion. I took her my lab results (she didn't even recognize that lab) and she concluded that the only thing I was actually low on was testosterone.. all of my levels were normal and she had no clue where Julie got her scales. She wrote me a script for 1/4 the cost that Julie was going to charge me. My curiosity was sparked so I looked at the supplements and quickly found that the supplements on the list I was given initially were extremely inflated in price. They don't take insurance so it is an all cash profit, which should have been my first indicator that something was off. After all of this, I didn't even get my blood type which was one thing I really wanted to know... this business uses scare tactics to push people to buy their supplements... Go at your own risk!

I have been getting my lips done for about a decade and this was my least favorite result and…read moreexperience. My normal injector moved about 40 min from me so I tried Bella. Right off the bat I felt a little put off because she asked what I did for a living and I told her that I was a stay at home mom and she made a comment about how she would lose her mind doing that job which was fine but I just thought it was a weird thing to say within the first couple minutes of meeting each other. Right as she began injecting she told me my top lip filler had migrated and tried to upsell me to dissolve it. I didn't really see the migration she pointed out and noticed that when she was injecting the needle was kind of just going right into the middle of my lips, there was no filler used to outline the border. My normal injector really takes her time and uses different size needle tips to define my lip border and cupids bow and her injection just did not feel as detailed. Immediately after she was finished my top lip looked very asymmetrical and when I pointed it out she blamed it on "migrated filler". She gave me a very small amount of dissolver to even it out, which I really appreciated and told me to call her if the filler didn't settle evenly. After about six weeks had passed the asymmetry was still very apparent and they also looked much less full than I was used to. I reached out to her, and she again took no responsibility and blamed it on my filler migrating and said that if I wanted to come in I could pay to have it dissolved and then refilled. Although she wasn't rude, something about the way she was communicating with me gave me "sleazy salesman" energy. Her injection left my lips uneven and I just find it so weird that she kept pushing to use the dissolver instead of correcting the uneven filler she injected. I have seen a handful of great injectors and I've never had anyone say I have migrated filler or leave me with asymmetrical lips. After our last communication she really just rubbed me the wrong way by pushing unnecessary treatments on me so I went back to my old injector to get it fixed. I would not have left a bad review for her but I was kind of upset after my usual injector said I have no migration whatsoever and that paying extra to dissolve my filler would of not only been a waste of money but that the dissolver comes with pretty scary side effects. She corrected my asymmetry and my lips look perfect now and much more full and defined. She said that it was very obvious that my lips were injected unevenly and it had nothing to do with migrated filler, it was just a lack of detail while injecting.

My mom (a nurse) recommended going to the ER, but I have terrible health insurance and knew I'd end up paying thousands. I texted Element, and Krista showed up at my door an hour later. I'd never received an IV in my life, let alone at my own house, so I was clueless--but desperate. Krista was incredibly kind and patient with me as she worked to find a vein that would take the IV. She never once made me feel gross, even though she was witnessing me at an incredibly humbling moment. I felt comfortable and safe around her and when the bag was empty, I owed roughly $400-far less than I would have paid at the ER. The anti-nausea meds in the bag helped a ton, too. I feel that I would not have recovered from my illness nearly as quickly if I had skipped the IV. Now I know that in a pinch, Element has my back.

I was interested because Prime IV was advertised as a "Holistic Medicine Practitioner," and I was looking for something that might help my spouse, who has low kidney numbers and struggles to drink enough water. During our initial visit, I completed a detailed health questionnaire and fully disclosed my spouse's medical history, including mitral valve regurgitation and a heart attack the previous year. I specifically told the staff that we had not yet consulted her cardiologist about IV hydration. The representative told us she needed to speak with the physician or nurse practitioner before proceeding. After approximately 20 minutes, she returned and told us we could move forward. Based on that, I believed her medical history had been reviewed and that the treatment was considered appropriate. No one advised us to consult her cardiologist or warned us of potential risks. We therefore purchased a three-treatment couples package. About a month later, her cardiologist told us that, given her heart condition, IV hydration could potentially put significant strain on her heart and that Prime IV should not have proceeded without consulting her cardiologist. I contacted Prime IV to request at least a partial refund because my spouse could no longer safely use the treatments. I was eventually told the owner would contact me, but more than a month later, I still have not heard from anyone. My biggest concern is not the money. It is that we fully disclosed a significant cardiac history, were told her situation had been medically reviewed, and were then allowed to proceed without being advised to obtain clearance from her cardiologist. However, I do feel the manager should have refunded at least half the money. I strongly encourage anyone considering IV hydration--especially those with heart, kidney, or other significant medical conditions--to consult their own physician first rather than relying solely on the screening or approval provided by this business. I expected a much higher level of medical caution and follow-up given the history we disclosed. I will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as I believe they already have one complaint against them.

During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.
