She had the audacity to tell me rudely "WHO ARE YOU PICKING UP FOR?!" without a simple hello. Plus the delay took almost ten minutes which is 10 minutes in lost pay. She also purposely made my bag saucy and condescending said "I'd be careful if I were you. These bags are very saucy" in a passive aggressive manner. Management needs to give the staff service a lesson on basic fucking respect and manners. If I was her manager, I'd fire that rude lady with 600 lbs of snarky attitude on the spot.
