I was very relaxed from the moment I arrived on property seeing a beautiful and serene courtyard with a fountain. The spa itself has a no shoes policy (thank you!) so shoes are removed upon entry and the place smelled like lavender ! Milena was my massage therapist and she was very attentive to my body's needs and trouble spots and educated me on how I can help relieve tension at home. She did a total body massage including facial/jaw (I have jaw clenching and tmj issues) which was AMAZING. She also used gentle cups to help relieve some of the more difficult areas with knots and I left feeling like I was on cloud 9! I was offered a delicious and beautiful valentines cupcake on my way out with water which was a nice treat. Milena was so generous and even gave me a cup to bring home!! (Thank youuu!) This Spa also offers Pilates training and other salon treatments. Booking online was easy and fast and communication was great. I was given a discount for being a celebration resident, which was a nice benefit! There is side street parking and the building is very easy to find on GPS. I will definitely be back here to see the staff at Lavender Spa for more massage therapy sessions!

This was also my first time coming to Burn Bootcamp after seeing pics and hearing about it from others online. The facility was easy to find via GPS and has plenty of parking out front. The waivers are available via QR code at the front desk to minimize contact and make the check in process faster for first time attendees. The space is large and has a nice sprung carpet floor which was great for the headstands we did in the yoga class. This gym offers many different group fitness classes and has lot of equipment for the various types of workouts. They also offer child care services, which I didn't utilize this time I was there, but it was nice to know it's available if I need/want it. I have taken both gentle classes and a slightly more challenging ones; both are excellent. Also, the studio itself is very bright and airy. It's a lovely place to practice. The back wall is mirrored but none of the others are, so it's easy to avoid being distracted by comparing yourself to other students.
