A couple of months back (around Dec 2019) I went into the Metro store located at 6628 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, OK 74133 and purchased a new phone. The next day I began getting text messages saying I owed more money. I called metro and they assured me I did not owe money. Two days later my phone service was suspended and when I called, Metro said I owed $5.00 and it had been turned over to collections. I have always been on autopay, so there was no way I owed money. I went into the Memorial Metro location and was able to get everything straightened out. After 3 years of having no problems, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued service with them. This past Saturday 22nd, 2020, I went into the same location on south Memorial. Chelsea waited on me and informed me that if I changed my phone number she could get me a great deal on an IPhone 7plus. I took her advice and paid over $400 for the iPhone. The very next day I began receiving text messages from Metro saying I once again owed Money. I went back to the Metro store and was assured by Austen and customer service that I owed no more money. Today, Thursday 27th 2020, I again received text messages saying I owed $9.00 and that if I didn't pay it, my service would be turned off. I called customer service and was told my account was being sent to collections. I successfully got my phone tuned back on. Needless to say I was livid. I took my phone back to the Metro store and requested a refund. Austen called Chelsea (store manager) and asked her how to process a refund. She had him show him my account on the computer screen thru a video call. She then said I could not have a refund due to the phone being an upgrade. An upgrade that Chelsea suggested!!!! I was then asked to leave the store when I raised my voice at how they were ripping me off. I had no issues for over 3 years until I went into the s Memorial location. I would give zero stars if possible which I rarely give negative ratings. My experience with their front desk was terrible and toxic. I called to inquire about what specific treatments were done on a property I just bought from a friend. I had just hung up from a phone conversation with my friend who told me that he did not know what treatment was done on the house but that Arrow would know. When I called, the lady who answered was focused more on the issue of renewal vs creating a new contract than on answering my question about previous specific treatments. When I asked her again about previous treatments, she told me it was "general pest control" that was last done, but could not explain to me what that entailed or what had really been done. She told me she would transfer me to someone else. The new supervisor lady I got on the line began to talk over me every time I began to gently ask the question about what specific previous treatments were done on the house. She kept talking about the importance of setting up a new account and that I was not allowed to renew services that my friend had for the last few years. I did not ask her that question or for that information. She was more focused on money than what I was trying to hire this company to do...which was to deal with a mouse problem. I tried to redirect the conversation and explained to her that I tried to ask the lady earlier about "general pest control" and was wanting to get specifics. Then I was told I would be transferred. The older lady then blatantly mocked me on the phone, spitefully laughed, and told me "You weren't 'TRANSFERRED' to me. I'm sitting right next to her'" (referring to the earlier lady I spoke to). I ignored this behavior and then repeatedly asked about the specific treatments used and she rebuffed each question and refused to answer. Being a pest control company, I wanted to know if services covered mice specifically and what they would do...which I never even got an answer for. It could be as vague as...."we set out mouse traps/ bait"...for example. I did not mind, but I needed to know what services were covered in what I'd eventually be paying good money for. I did not even ask them for a quote because I knew someone needed to look first. This was a general inquiry, which couldn't even be answered by them. She then told me to call my friend to ask about the treatments on the house even though I told her repeatedly that my friend did not know. In their google response to another customer complaint below, they literally stated what treatments were done in the public retort. Yet, they refused to tell me privately over the phone about previous treatments on the property that I own? Companies keep records of what services were done. They even had their computer pulled up to view this information that the first lady had told me about. When it became apparent the supervisor lady was trying her best not to be helpful and mocking me repeatedly on the phone, I hung up. From previous google review of the company, it seems like they used to be a good extermination company but were bought out recently. After experiencing their customer service and how focused they were on the money they'd charge me versus actually trying to help me come up with a treatment plan with exterminating mice...I'd say this is a waste of money. Just like hiring employees for a job, I'd rather hire the person that can tell me what they'd do to perform and meet the goal rather than the person holding out their hand demanding a paycheck before their first day of work! This gives you a glimpse of what you would be dealing with in the future when using them or should any issues arise with their service. They did not tie her hands together before embalming her, they did not remove any of the hospital bands, EKG stickers or tape. Jennifer Beaty told us that we didn't need to give them any clothes and that they would put a gown on her she did not mention that the gown she meant was the hospital gown she was in when she passed away. They also did not tie her down correctly when they shipped her so she was moving all around in the box. When my mother arrived back home she looked nothing like herself I didn't even recognize her. Jennifer's communication or lack thereof is HORRIBLE. I was supposed to be the one who she communicated with and she never reached out to me. She stated my mother would be shipped back home on a certain date and she was not and she did not communicate that with me I had to find out from a family member. They did not allow my stepdad to see my mother although when we met with Jennifer she said we could see her in a couple days if we wanted to. My stepdad called several times for days and they gave him the run around each time he called. We just had a HORRIBLE experience with Butler-Stumpff & Dyer. Only positive is that they were able to pick my mother up from the hospital within 2 hours of us contacting them.
