I have so much gratitude for Dawn and the work that I've been able to do with her. I connected with Dawn when I was on an academic track towards a faculty position in science and was unsure if that was what I actually wanted. I felt like I was in a job that I loved but I was burnt out and unhappy. I wasn't sure what I needed. Did I need a big career shift to a different industry or job?
