I called to inquire about whole house carpet cleaning and got a same day appointment for an inspection. While I wasn't planning on doing carpet repair, there were some areas needed so I went ahead. They did a very good job on both the carpet cleaning and repairs. I had a late appointment but they were prompt and worked diligently. They also charge the cleaning by the room instead of sq. feet. They cleaned the sink fixtures in both restrooms but not the sink bowls. They only cleaned one toilet but broke the toilet handle without fixing. They mopped floors and left a dull sheen and water marks. The kitchen floor still had food on it after they mopped. They did not clean my front entryway floor. They vacuumed 2 rugs but did not sweep or remove small particles from nearby wood floors. In fact, it seemed like I did not get a deep or even regular cleaning. They didn't clean any window, glass front door, or bathroom mirror. There was no apology. When I contacted the main lady to discuss, she said that they noted that they would need more time on the next visit as they had run out of time. I shared the lack of things not cleaned and she said she would check with their team lead to see what happened. Nor was a list of what should be covered in a deep cleaning ever shared after I shared my confusion. Later, she texted that they could come back the next day to clean what I mentioned on the call or they could remove the deep cleaning fee and only charge the regular clean. Cobwebs still remained in numerous areas. Floors were only lightly mopped, not scrubbed which left food, mud, etc on the floor. They started the claim and then told me a contractor would reach out to me to start the repair process once the house was dry. Cameron from Repairs Unlimited called me, in what felt like minutes, after USAA set up the work order. Being our first claim through our home owners insurance, I was lost. Through out the whole process Cameron was there to answer any questions or concerns I had. The damage to our house was far worse then what we expected. Waiting for insurance to approve every little thing took up a lot of time. Cameron reassured us that once everything had been approved the repairs would be done asap. They ended up replacing flooring through out the whole house minus our two bathrooms. Repairs did their best to work with the budget USAA gave them and we ended up with wood flooring that looks 100% better than what we originally had. Repairs was also able to get us a great deal on beautiful new kitchen tile. The lower kitchen cabinets we destroyed and the cabinet company was not able to match the finish to the upper cabinets. Cameron made the necessary phone calls and submitted everything we needed to have USAA replace all our kitchen cabinets. Though dealing with the insurance took up a great deal of time once Repairs had the proper authorizations the remodel was done in no time.
