Not a wine head but this place may change that. Had the best time with our friends and the owners & their staff were super at explaining how to savor each of our choices on the wine flight. Dan & Brenda (owners) were so amazing answering all of our questions about wine tasting & what we should experience with each sip. We did find out that these 2 are very active in doing good for their community & volunteer when possible. Whole Hearted Winery also features a comedy club & local entertainers plus I want to attend the charcuterie class in the near future. If you enjoy wine, please give this local place a try. You won't be disappointed !!!

You ever have such a good experience somewhere that it makes you want to leave your career path and just do exactly what they are doing? That was us yesterday at Whole Hearted Winery. Luckily we were there on a Wednesday afternoon when they weren't too busy, so we could talk to the owners off and on for nearly 2.5 HOURS. We learned so much about their interesting come up, their unique adaptions to stay open through the pandemic, and all of the exciting things on the horizon for their amazing business. The husband and I went to the same elementary, middle and high school...woah. The connection was there immediately. This dude KNOWS his wine. He taught us more than we learned in the 4 weeks we've spent in Europe. He is so passionate about the wine that he makes. He has truly found his niche in life. He made it like a fun lesson in school that intrigues you and keeps you asking questions. My math-science savvy wife and him geeked out for hours. We left with a box of 4 different bottles lol. The food is phenomenal too! Everything we tried was the highest quality. 10/10 experience. Will sing their praises and be back as much as possible. Highlight of spring beak 2023 no doubt!

Wine & Cider we bought & we picked out the custom labels the owner does for free!!

The owners are fantastic! They are both so nice and welcoming! The Wine , Cider & food was fantastic! We did 2 wine flights , 2 appetizers, bought 1 bottle of wine, 4 ciders & a pint glas for $100 (before tip). We will most definitely be back!!!

Wine tastings and chartreuse board (two meats and two cheeses). Our first board ever. Very good!

Husband and I visited Whole Hearted Winery on a whim. Upon entering the inside we were pleasantly surprised. Very cute (upstairs as well). The outdoor set up is even better. The wine was very tasty as well as the chartreuse board. The owners Brenda and Dan were very knowledgeable and kind enough to take time out of their busy day to walk us through proper tasting. Owner, Dan, let us know that they have comedy shows indoor and outdoor (weather permitting). Also have live music and karaoke (not sure which days). Can't wait to go back and sit on the patio at night.

My husband and I went to the winery yesterday for the first time. Such a great place. The staff was very nice and knowledgable of the wine. Each person who waited on us explained everything very well. We spoke with the wine maker for a good amount of time. He even gave us a lesson on how to reset our palate. My husband and I can't wait to go back and next time we are bringing friends!

Whole Hearted is an absolute gem for the personal service, the ambiance, and of course for the wine. If you've been before, you must go again now that they have expanded their area. They are also offering charcuterie boards now but you must give 48 hours notice, which is supposed to change soon.

Every single employee said hello, gave a smile, or conversed with us. Wow! That is rare and it felt great to be there. I was very enamored by the mugs and light fixture created by a local glass blower. Beautiful work. Space is large and we sat at the long bar, but there are tables and booths too. Patio outside for those warm days. They offer beer, cider, wine, spirits... you name it. We went with a few beers and they were great. Menu is clearly labeled with sours containing lactose. Love when it's easy to spot. Food menu has loads of vegetarian options with a small few that could be vegan. We only ordered the spent grain pretzels with mustard and they were delicious. They do have tofu or Beyond burgers to sub on the burger menu if you're vegan. Carnivores have loads of options here. While I'm not in this area too much, I will absolutely be back to this friendly establishment!

Mandy behind the bar was super helpful with recommendations. I had the cherry hard cider which was slightly tart and delicious. Next I had a cup of Wild mushroom Soup which was earthy and rich. I could imagine it being cooked in a cauldron in the woods. Lastly I had their blueberry lemonade salad. Wow! This was a treat from the slightly candied walnuts to the blueberry vinaigrette. I look forward to going back because the fried avocado tacos were calling my name, but I didn't have room for more. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Although I only have a very small percentage of Irish in me, I'm celebrating full on and love anything with corned beef! We went on Thursday figuring it would be the least busy of the 4 days, and let me tell you the dinner crowd was hopping. We snagged the last 2 spots at the bar and ordered. I'm not a beer drinker but I appreciated they had 2 rotating taps for hard cider and went with a lemon flavored cider (sounded intriguing and could have went either way so I appreciated the small sample). I actually really liked it and am bummed I forgot to ask who makes it. We both thought the Irish nachos sounded fun and different and when we asked we found out they were huge and could easily feed 2 people. I'm so glad we decided to try something different. They were on homemade potato chips and had corned beef, bacon, banana peppers, thousand island dressing, sauerkraut and of course cheese and sour cream. They did not skimp on the corned beef or bacon!! The service was friendly and the atmosphere lively. We will definitely be back because the regular menu also looked great!!

I asked for an ice water. They said they didn't have ice and that she had to get your own water at a water fountain around the corner. Then I ordered the only thing I thought I could eat, which was nachos and the meat on it was rotten. This is literally the most disgusting restaurant ever the only people rating at a 4.5 must be family members of the restaurant super gross. The owner claims there's no way that the meat could've been rotten because they stand behind all of their food which is a shame cause it's also disgusting. You're right it probably wasn't rotten because it was canned nasty.

But the beer is everything you came for. I love this brewery. It's clean, well lit, spacious, and it's almost always spot on. The novelty of dining at a brewery is that you are in for a treat most often. From the sample flights of malted goodness to the homegrown novelty of picking up merchandise with your favorite brewery on it for bragging rights later Is a complete lure But Old Nation does something different. They put a lot of thought into their menus and deliver some great choices. I would invite you to check out their menu online. I've not been able to discern which dish or sandwich I've had is better than the other. It's that good. And for me it's M43. The smoothest beer I've ever had.
