My personal test drive didn't show me anything was wrong either, but this was only 15 minutes and no off road. Had my mechanic do a quick once over and cursory showed nothing. So seemed safe enough. The day after purchase and thirty minutes into driving and the check engine came on. Was told by second mechanic that there was significant older damage to rear differential and transmission was failing causing issues with variable timing, blah, blah, blah. Clearly my mechanic didn't give this the attention it needed and the dealership didn't have anyone look into it too hard. So we called dealership back and (not surprised at all) it's all on us. No biggie because we have other vehicles and the few thousand didn't hurt us too much. This won't be the case for others. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! P.S. This was purchased as a cheap runabout AWD to keep miles off other vehicles. Too bad. I intend to make sure everyone I know now knows to stay away from this place. Just go to a REAL dealership.

Our pups & daughter couldn't take it, and it was late so had to stay at a hotel. Next day I took it to a place who let us know we needed a new AC Compressor, but they didn't have it in stock. They recommended a nearby dealership who when I went to it they told me they could do the job and had my car all day. End of the day said they couldn't do it. I was in full panic mode and called tire mountain & auto on a whim and explained my situation. I knew they were closed weekends per their website & also it was so late in the day. I was listened to, and told definitely Monday it could be done. But we had to get home. I thanked them & went to find cooling mats & portable fans to try to make the drive. A couple hours later my phone rang and it was the owner I had spoken to earlier. He called to let me know he had 2 guys willing to come in on their day off, so they could get us on the road. AMAZING owners, service, and boy is our car cold! They didn't jack up the price, which they easily could have. Forever grateful for the kindness of a stranger. I'd 1000% recommend this business! Made a appointment…read morefor a transmission flush and dropped it off, they called and said they couldn't even do a transmission flush on my model car, but for some reason had been test driving my car and determined that the front breaks and rotors was bad and needed to be replaced. Neither of which is true, this place is trying to scam people into paying for services not needed. I would highly suggest getting a second opinion on anything they tell you or simply not using this business at all.

I asked to have my battery checked on my mini Cooper and they did not itemize the list. They didn't tell me. They said they bought a tool to test it and that they cleaned the spark plugs but 30 minutes after leaving there my engine lights on and the car won't start when I went to go get tires and today I am leaving a Yelp because I can't get into my hatchback even the emergency pole. Whatever they did to it is f***** and it won't start and I gave him $100 for nothing. I expect a full refund. I demand a full refund
