The gym has a "clean" scent; it appears to me that they give solid attention to maintenance. Gyms oftentimes appear not to have a scheduled sanitation routine in place and you can sense it as soon as you enter the building; that is not the case here. Kudos to the staff and management. Easy access via their code-reader located at the front desk, where you'll be greeted and acknowledged by name. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The free samples and loyal customer discounts have stopped. And the product I purchased (which I have purchased several times a year for over ten years from here) was destroyed by hydration. I opened the container to a solid rock of supplements that should had been a powder. When I called to explain the situation the customer care was extremely lacking. Jennifer and Zach were helpful in answering all of my questions (I had several). Didn't see a "man beast" as somebody else did previously, just some people working for a living. I had a minor error at checkout (mis-marked item) and when I was charged a price higher than was on the shelf, I asked Jennifer about the difference. The price on the wall was for a smaller amount of product than I had purchased but she and Zach corrected the error, sold me the higher priced (higher volume) item at the posted price which was about a $10.00 difference. They were very helpful and apologized for the oversight. I will go back to this store when I'm in town and in need of more of their products.

To get the rash under control I was put on steroids which lightened the rash but would come back just as bad when the steroids were done. This was crazy, so I looked into what we had in the Redding area and was thrilled to find a skilled mobile acupuncturist. My rash is gone. He has also helped my friend with hip/back issues. We are grateful to have him in our neck of the woods:) He is skilled, attentive and his work ....works!
