And what I'm very disappointed in is the billing. They stopped taking my insurance and I have a secondary insurance to cover costs. They told me that they could bill the secondary after the primary insurance decided what they would cover. The office manager never billed my secondary, she would constantly call and text to get me to pay the difference. After three visits of "you owe us money" because they didn't bill my secondary, I was done. Cindy is very rude and snooty. She even told my husband that I still owed them $130 from a "really long time ago" when it's actually on $37. Even the voicemail saying "we've waited a long time for this" is outrageous to me. You didn't bill my insurance, you tried to get money out of ME instead.

They drilled her teeth down so much that her new dentist has said she basically has no tooth left to hold onto the fillings that Floss Dental put on her teeth. They all fell out less than a month after Floss Dental did them. Pitiful care and something that should last her a lifetime is now ruined because of them. Pathetic! Think twice before trusting them with the care of your teeth.

I got a few fillings done, one was a little too high and they got me back in immediately to get it fixed which was awesome. I also really like how dr Chan talks to his staff especially assistants. Dr. Logan also worked on our teeth several times replacing fillings. It has been a long time since we been to a dentist because ours retired and we became full time caregivers for my elder mother who had dementia. When I met Dr. Logan I was so embarrassed that some issues were not good even though we were both brushing and flossing regularly. It doesn't matter, I found out, you still need the cleanings and regular checks. Dr. Logan was so kind, he gently got me in and so happy he did as I was getting tired of waking up every night worrying about my teeth. I searched emergency dental offices in Reno and three or four came up. I contacted them all around midnight and Westside Dental Studio was the only one to respond to my inquiry. At 7am I got a text from the Westside Dental Studio office saying Doctor Jones could see me that day. They also worked with me on the time because I had a speaking engagement as part of an Alzheimer's Association event downtown. The appointment went very well. They took targeted x rays and Dr. Jones spoke to me. She assessed the problem and gave me her thoughts. We agreed on a plan of action. She did the work checking in throughout the procedure. They took a second set of x rays making sure there were no hidden issues left unresolved. I happily paid. They wished me well and sent me on my way. Best dental appointment EVER!!!
