When I went in the next day the Owner (him) said that they couldn't repair the item. I then asked what about the money that I was charged he said that I never paid any extra. Very politely I said I did and asked if he would look. He said he did and that was that. I then told him that I was sure and asked where the young lady was. At that point he went off on my. He did all this when I simply asked him to ask his employee. I had been warned several years ago about him from someone but I was already going there and hadn't had a problem.
