One guy was a flat out scam artist and tried to frighten me with tales of disasters. I'm in my 70's and have lived in my house for 35 years. Their receptionist Karen was very friendly and helpful and contacted me back with a plumber who showed up within a half hour. Sam was very knowledgeable and taught me about sump pumps. He figured out one of our sump pumps, that no plumber has ever looked at, was dead so he replaced it and the water started going down. He said if we still needed our outside drain tile routed, we could make an appointment and they would come back out. We will use them again for our other plumbing needs.
