Went early evening on the 9th of Aug and it was closed. Went Friday 5:45pm and it was closed. A white suv and other cars were inside but customers were not able.to drive through. This is unacceptable. No signs of distress or anything. Just barriers from getting to the carwash. I told the kids on the early morning Saturday 8:30 am and they said they just work there. read more

Whitewater Car Wash on Beechmont Ave in Cincinnati, Ohio, scratched all the way up the passenger side of my car. They refuse to take responsibility, and my car is showing bare metal long brush-like scratches. This happened after I left the car wash on February 13, 2026, around 10 am. I wish Whitewater never bought out Johnny's. I miss Johnny's. Whitewater does not take responsibility for the damages they cause to their customers' vehicles and has poor customer service. They say nothing is their fault. I will never recommend them. read more

Beware that they will sign you up for a membership without your knowledge, then refuse to reimburse you if you happen to notice the recurring charge on your bank statement and ask for a refund. My husband went in for a car wash at the Red Bank Road location and was told by an employee who was standing at the payment station that he could give him a one week free wash pass with the single wash he was purchasing that day. Before my husband could accept, deny, or ask questions about the offer, the employee scanned a barcode and took his credit card, processing what my husband believed was a one time car wash charge on the consul, with a credit for a free week of washes. He believed it was a promotional offer and never agreed to opening a membership. Four months later, I noticed the recurring $39.99 fee on our card and left a voicemail at the local Red Bank Road office in Cincinnati. No reply almost a month later so I contacted the corporate office via their online form and left a voicemail. They did reply to me and cancelled our membership, however they have not apologized for or even acknowledged the scam that occurred. Instead they fixate on the 5 business days notice required to cancel the membership before the next recharge date, and have stated that according to their policy no refunds are issued. I believe this to be a legal tactic--not admitting or even acknowledging the scam. I looked it up and sure enough, there are others who have had similar experiences of being scammed into a membership without their knowledge. We have filed a dispute with our credit card company and will never use their services again. read more

The employees here take zero pride in their work or the establishment in general. Things are often broken or not refilled. They barely look at you or use the brush when you pull in. It's a culture of not caring. When it first opened it wasn't like this but with each visit, it's progressively worse. read more

I believe in supporting a local business when that business would be a loss to the community if it weren't here anymore. This car wash station on Red Bank Rd next to Walmart is so good. My hubby is very particular with his vehicles and we switched from Mikes to here due to quality service and the value you get here. The washes have different tiers and of course you can sign up for multiple wash deals like many other places. But what sets them apart from other places is the free vacuuming station with an air hose for drying in all those small cracks and crevices, the most plushest micro fibre towels to finish drying and wiping down your interior, a floor mat cleaning machine which is especially nice in the winter. (Our mats in our truck are Weather Tech which wont fit in the machine due to them being of molded design, but my other suv has flat mats which will work.) And they have a helpful and friendly staff that are ready to accommodate your needs. I realize that different stations do a great job as well like Froggies in Mariemont, but this one is closer and it's pretty new equipment and gets our vehicles super clean without scratches or swirls. Winner winner chicken dinner! read more

I got a membership here after researching a lot of other monthly membership car washes in the area. Unfortunately Mike's would have been more convenient but they were $10 more a month. Other ones were also more costly compared to Whitewater Express. I even thought about the AAA car wash but they expect tips every time and since I like to take my car through at least a few times a week, that would start to add up in cost. So far Whitewater has not disappointed! It actually does a much better job of drying my car than my old car wash I used to use in NKY. They have plenty of places for vacuuming and they even have a machine that you can put your car mats through and they come out perfectly clean on the other end. There are more than enough rags as well as window cleaner and other cleaner that you can use. Very convenient and I've been very pleased so far! read more

My favorite location is on Hamilton Avenue in front of Ollie's ... but they are not listed for some reason. I used to subscribe to Mike's when I lived in NKY but needed to switch it up when I moved to Cincinnati and I'm not at all disappointed. Purchased a 5 wash book and felt the drive through wash was comparable to Mike's and got my car clean. What I appreciate more is the extra detailing accessory that does the puffs of high pressurized air and that both it and the vacuuming are part of the price of the wash! My Smoky Brisket (yes that's my car's name - don't wear it out) is so fresh and clean inside and out. read more

A friend from Instagram highly recommend we visit Whitewater. My Mr and I decided to bring our vehicles and give it a try. This location is fairly new located on Red Bank Rd near Walmart. There are different tiers of car wash. Of course you have your basic, but I promise you, the more you upgrade, the better the wash. My Mr and I thought we would spoil our cars and get the ceramic gold. This washes EVERYTHING including the under carriage, detail clean and shines your wheels. My car came out spotless. Make sure to take advantage of the free amenities after you wash your car. Fresh Towels, Mat cleaners, vacuums, details stations (window and all purpose cleaners, and air guns. After 30 minutes of detail cleaning, my car looks great. They have specials every now and then. Currently if you buy three washes, you get two free. Also you join online to become a member or go to the location and sign up at the office. My fave car wash was Carriage Car Wash in Mariemont, now this will be my go to. It's open/ spacious, fairly priced and does a great job. Leaves no dirt behind. read more

With so many places to get your car washed, it's hard to pick the best one to get that showroom shine, but I think this may be one of the top contenders for that title. This place is definitely an excellent car wash with options for every budget too. My lady and I stopped by recently to get both our cars washed. Whitewater has five different car wash options; rapid wash, Whitewater, Class V, Carnauba Gold, and Ceramic Gold. Each one has a single wash price and an unlimited wash price. We both decided to indulge in the Ceramic Gold. The staff were all helpful im guiding us along. So how was the wash? Our cars haven't been this clean in a LONG time. Even our tires were super shiny. They also offer FREE vaccuums, floor mat cleaner, window cleaner, and all-purpose cleaner to get the inside of your ride clean too. Whitewater is a great car wash spot sure to get your ride super clean inside and out. Plus the prices all around are very nice too. I could definitely see getting a wash here again. read more

$10 wash seems fine for touch ups. They provide towels and will power wash rubber mats. They have a washer for fabric mats. They also have compressed air at the vacuums, making drying rubber mats easier. Also good for the wheels and crevices holding water. read more

Whitewater Express Car Wash - As of February 2025 - Car Wash Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

Paid for bug removal that was to be added by employee before vehicle enters wash. Employee picked up hose, sprayed the vehicle's windshield for about 1-2 seconds (no exaggeration) and returned the nozzle back to position and walked back into building. What a SCAM for add-on services. read more

I like this car wash however, I paid for the works and today was the first time I got my car dried without having to use the rags. Which means the other workers did not turn the blower on. read more

Good price and love the blue towels they provide to wipe car down after wash. Nice facility

West chester location employees always so rude. I have been going to this location for 2 years. Always reads my license plate gate opens and i drive in. Sometimes wont read no big deal i have my sticker in my console. And will hold it and it will scan. Today went through the car wash guy knocked on my window and says that I have to put it on my windshield. I told him I don't want that sticker on my windshield. He said if I don't put it on my windshield then they're gonna have to suspend my account. I told him go ahead and suspend the account. I'm already in the car wash. Let me go through. I've already paid for the month. He didn't even use the soap on my windshield or the back of my car when I told him to go ahead and suspend my account. I don't understand why the employees are always so rude there. read more

Imagine my surprise after getting my car washed that my car was covered in scratches. When I brought to their attention the first thing they asked me was "How old is your car?". She said corporate won't normally do anything if the car was over 7 years old. I was surprised that it was $20 to wash a car, but was so very upset about the outcome . I advise if your car is over 7 years old you go else where, maybe Michael's Car wash. I don't advise going here again. read more

Such an AGGRESSIVE car wash in a bad way! Knocked both of my side mirrors back so I couldn't see as I pulled away. Stuck my hand out my window to fix my driver's side, but had to pull over to fix my passenger side. Also- the attendant that waved me forward walked inside after I was in neutral ready for the wash. I watched him clean off front and back windshield of the car in front AND behind me but he did not do anything for my car. Would not recommend! Went to the 4934 water tower blvd liberty township OH location. I had a free coupon from a pizza place nearby... thank god! Would never pay money for this service. read more

I bought a monthly car wash sticker in 4/2024. On my second time going through the car wash my grill ripped off and ripped up to my X5 BMW. (One of their employees had to retrieve what was left of my grill from inside the car wash) I was told that because my car was over 7 years old White Water Car Wash was not going to pay for the damage done to my car read more

absolutely horrible customer service. Some of the employees that work there, or absolutely rude. I live in an area where there a lot of trees, and of course, with trees that brings in birds. I asked them to use the brush on the side of my car to remove the droppings. the young lady had a huge attitude in her body language, and rolled her eyes. She never did use the brush on my car besides my windshield why am I paying monthly for people to get an attitude and they don't give the proper service? Don't go here, go to Mike's. they actually treat you better and your car looks way better. read more

Whitewater express on Harrison Ave, 45248 Location: I bought a brand new 2021 Camaro in perfect condition only 8k miles on it. Paid good money for it. I wanted to get it washed and heard good things about this specific car wash. Unfortunately on September 2nd 2024 I decided go here and 2 of my rims were completely scrapped up. I had barely driven it, temp tags still on it, and was extremely upset, as anyone would have been. Another customer next to me just had gotten a brand new car as well and he came over and told me that he filed a complaint due to his rims being scratched as well. So I had one of the employees come out and they mentioned that the brushes were moved around incorrectly. He was extremely apologetic. He had me fill out and file a complaint. He told me it would take sometime to heard back but I should get an email in 72 hours. I never did. I called a few weeks later giving them sometime to handle it. No one answered the phone and left a voice message with a phone number to call back. No one returned my call and I still never got an email. I am a very patient person but I was getting more upset so I decided to go in person when I had the time. I showed up and talked to an employee named Brandon, he went in the back and found out my complain was NEVER FILED. How is that MY fault? To me this sounds like a business issue where their policies are not met with customer service. So unprofessional and terribly ran with lack of prioritizing what should be met when running any business. He looked at me after incorrectly pronouncing my name multiple times while I continued to correct him as he responded with "If I were here things would have been handled differently" well you are here now and still doing nothing. I demanded a contact to corporate and instead got an email from his "boss", Shaun. I emailed Shaun days ago and again imagine this.... No response. Time to contact the BBB. read more

I am so upset and just pleased with Sandusky Ohio white water car wash after calling corporate days after I was charged for my membership. They told me I would have to go back to where I got the car wash membership to get a refund. I was never told the lines and their phone was down for a couple weeks and then I was never told that because it was days after I was charged there was nothing no one could do there wasting my time hours gas to get the refund I couldn't get in touch with the GM so first day left my name and number no call left my name and number. No call left my name and number now by now I told them I'm going through this car wash because of the inconvenience even having the drive back to the city to get the refund but corporate was going to email him and let him know I was coming, finally there was nothing he would do. He can't refund me because I have been through the car wash more than once I went through twice. read more
