Cleaning of your shrimp is done while you wait. It doesn't take long. They also do a great job at cleaving the fish you catch. They charge $1 a pound and if you want the skin off the filets they it's $2 a pound. It's really not worth the mess and effort to do it yourself. Just let them do it. Expect to leave your ice chest with them. Depending on how busy they are and the time of the day, it could be ready the same day or the next morning. They accept all major credit and debit cards. They will give you ample ice with any order. Whether you are buying or just getting cleaned. They Lao have frozen seafood as well but some of that might be imported which I never buy. All employees are very courteous. They will be glad to help you carry your ice chest to and from your vehicles.
