Even the main number just rang. When my daughter finally got through to someone in the deli department (the 1st time) she was met with a very rude and unhelpful individual. I had call from another city in order to speak to a manager. THEN, I still received an email reminding me to pick up the tray on the original day, after the manager said that she would change the information. My daughter called back the next day in order to make sure that the tray would be ready on the day needed and she STILL couldn't reach anyone on the main number or on the deli number after callin five (5) times and letting it ring. VERY frustrating. She has to now drive to the location today and hope that the tray is ready for pick up. I understand being busy but I have experienced busy stores in metro-Atlanta and have never encountered such poor customer service from Publix. Hoping that they improve in order to save the Publix legacy.

It had been out of date since January 2025. I was visiting in August 2025. They have a known habit of taking bad meat and covering it in butt rubb before rewrapping it. The management in store is also very very poor. The country store road location posted a hiring sign, I called and was told over the phone "OK call me Monday and we will get you in the system and go from there", then the manager blocked my number and ghosted me. I have 24 years of experience in grocery stores specifically, so their is definitely something not kosher in why he suddenly changed his mind, especially given his comments about "the kind of people who work at Pic N Sav." This place is made like all the rest of them really they have a little bit of everything. I was a little disappointed in the aisle of shame I think that's what they call it. Is the aisle that have all the seasonal fines that you won't find anywhere else. It was lacking. I don't know what happened to it but there were some bear shelves in that aisle. I made my way over to the spices and seasonings and it did not disappoint. Whenever I am in Aldi I will buy spices and seasonings because they're so cheap. The meat section was pretty good everything looked like it was fresh. On the end cap I happened to find some pumpkin cider and some cranberry cider. It was so good. If it's still there I recommend anybody buy it. Next I went over to the wine section. You really can get like three or four bottles of wine for 20 bucks. The thing about it is they're not bad wines it's either they're pretty good. They even have Prosecco I was a little surprised by that. My only complaint about this store is that it did not have a handicap cart or buggy scooter whatever you want to call it. Some people cannot walk the floors of these stores. I really dig this Neighborhood Market…read more Man, Walmart did the best thing in opening up neighborhood markets in lieu of their supercenters which they have been known for over the past 15 years or so. No more waiting in line for hours to purchase grocery items. Plus, it is not as cluttered as the traditional Walmart stores. This place is clean and usually well-stocked. The workers are far more helpful here than at the supercenters due to the lower foot traffic. Never extremely crowded especially later at night. And the self-checkouts are a much-needed help.
