I even ordered directly off the menu and specified thin and crispy, hoping for something resembling Chicago tavern style. It literally came out with typical bready soft crust which was neither thin nor crispy. The overhead music was sh*tty pop country that made me want to stab my ears out. The buffet looked pretty sad, with the lettuce in the salad bar looking like old crappy pre-chopped iceberg lettuce. Also, I said I ordered from a menu, but they actually didn't have any menus saved for one single ratty old take out menu the person at the front had to dig out. This place flat out sucks. There are zero redeeming qualities about it. Go eat somewhere else. Anywhere else.
