However, when my husband called to find how much to get his truck back he was told $1000 and $100 per day for storage. When he asked why he was told because his truck was a big truck and not a car. The sign did not specify what kind of vehicle only it's charges and fees. He then requested they tow the truck to the business next door and he charged him $250 to tow the truck 200 FEET!! I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything !!

I called ahead to make sure this shop had time to complete repairs for inspections. They told me to drop the car the next day at 9AM. I did but didn't hear anything for two whole business days. Three hours after I had followed up, Joe calls me to actually do a consultation on what was needed. He clearly had not even looked at my car and told me I would not get it back for two more days. When I said this was unacceptable and that he should have told me some time in the last two days, he bullied me with gaslighting (insulting my parents??) and demanded that if I did not what I was doing at 8 PM on a Friday to get my car immediately, he would have my car impounded.
