Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you. Then to top it all off they gave us a handout that covered trimming, drying and pairing herbs as well as a few recipes! A wonderful experience! Thank you for making my Mother's day extra special!

I originally contacted them on July 5th to come to our home for an estimate. It took them till July 12th to respond. They arrived July 13th and Gary (owner) said he would sent me an estimate for the work via text in two days. I texted Gary on July 23rd asking for the estimate...he chose to ignore my text. I then called the office on July 31st asking for a return call and received no response. I waited until August 8th and was told by the office person she had received my vm...(didn't bother to return my call) that she would speak to Gary and would return my call right away...NO RESPONSE! I am so disappointed in their customer service and obvious lack of interest in following through so that they could have our business.

When I had a problem with a refrigerator years ago,, they were on it. They returned 2X until it was perfect. I referred everyone I knew to them. I recently paid over $2000 for a refrigerator that flooded my kitchen in less than 2 weeks. we had to keep a large bucket by the fridge and surround it with towels that, when saturated, were put into the bucket and washed while a new set of towels took their place. Repeated calls/messages to Kleckner were not returned. When I finally got thru to them, the responses expressed little to no concern. The manager gave me the manufacture phone number and when I expressed my panic that this water may extend past my kitchen and damage my hardwood floors? He told me that Kleckner would not be held responsibl, maybe the manufacturer would as Kleckner was no longer responsible after a successful delivery.! Thanks so much! Anyone have the number for Allentown appliance? Even Lowe's would be better!

We just purchased a Riviera Hybrid semi-inground pool from American. We had them place our pool…read moreinto a hillside on our property, underground. We love it! Mike was fantastic and our installer (also named Mike) was great. Bill came out to check our install once the pool install was complete and show us how to work everything and he was great. I only experienced a few negatives; 1-I was lead to believe when Mike sold me the pool that it would take 1 day to install. Not true. The pool took 3 weeks to install, from the time it was delivered to our home, to the time we could swim in it. Granted some of that was due to the weather, but it also had to do with Mike our installer being over scheduled (my opinion). But Mike kept communication open, he was easy to get in touch with and in the end we have a great pool. 2-Owner Mike ordered us the correct liner, but the manufacturer sent us the wrong liner. Mike corrected the situation by giving us $$ off the liner. So I would recommend American Pool. They have a great store, great pool supplies and Bill the water guy is very helpful. Consistent delays and lies in the office of promised dayes and calls. No calls since the order was purchased. Finally I gave up forst of Dec, yes, December. Tried calling, now closed during the week even though I was told in Oct that they would be open thru out the winter. Omission of details is still lying. I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.
