Looks like they would've made them a bit different for someone's special birthday. What is so unsettling is I received my flowers Wednesday late afternoon and by Sunday they were basically dead, and spending $100-$150 on arrangement. I think they should last a little longer than 3 to 4 days. On Monday, my friend and I walked into the store and I had photos of my flowers and they basically said sorry 3 to 4 days is the life expectancy of the flowers. I've gone to numerous flowers shops and have received numerous flower arrangements and they last one to two weeks no problem . They were not friendly. They did not do anything for me or give me a credit or anything and I think that's so unsettling, will not do business there any longer and neither will any of my friends that all live in Whitefish! They treated me very demeaning!!! FYI Brand new owners, this would've never happened from the previous fabulous owner! ‍

It's cute - but somewhat expensive - like $50-60 for sweaters and about $30-40 for a t-shirt. Found a few cute items I liked and kept in mind for later. I was charged twice for a single transaction totaling $227.63-and the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. I spoke with a woman named Christina, and rather than taking ownership or even offering a basic apology, she immediately shifted the blame to the credit card processing company. She told me they were closed and the issue would be addressed the following morning. Two days later-no update on my card, no call back. So I followed up myself AGAIN. Christina did not even acknowledge she forgot both to follow up and to handle the issue. Still, no apology for the oversight. Then, to make matters worse, she told me she couldn't credit the full amount and proceeded to argue with me that the store only charged once. She said she has to call their credit card processor for the remaining amount and sounded annoyed. This mistake should have been handled promptly. It's been 6 days, and I have yet to receive my credit back. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But the complete lack of responsibility, professionalism, and customer care is what prompted this review. Make sure you receive confirmation that you were only charged once for your transaction before you leave. Christina admitted it has happened before.

I had a mechanical emergency during a recent vacation to Whitefish. While staying at a hotel just…read moreup the road from Ace Hardware, the metal frames of my wife's glasses broke. She really needs her glasses to function, and no, she does not have an extra pair with her. It is late in the day on a Saturday. There is no way we can find an Optical shop open here today, and we are heading into remote areas of Washington tomorrow. We are away from home, and I am without tools, supplies, or even an appropriate work surface. No worries though, because I remembered seeing an Ace Hardware store as we drove in. Suddenly, I feel like MacGyver, or Mark Watney...under pressure, but ready to put together a solution to save the day. I was able to buy Gorilla Glue, some copper wire, some hobby clips, and wire cutters from Nelson's Ace Hardware. I got a couple of paper clips from the Hotel front desk, a lens cleaning cloth from my camera bag, and some loose paper from a folder that happened to be in the car. To quote Hannibal Smith, "I love it when a plan comes together". And Nelson's Ace Hardware did their part today! Thanks Helpful Folks!
