Looks like they would've made them a bit different for someone's special birthday. What is so unsettling is I received my flowers Wednesday late afternoon and by Sunday they were basically dead, and spending $100-$150 on arrangement. I think they should last a little longer than 3 to 4 days. On Monday, my friend and I walked into the store and I had photos of my flowers and they basically said sorry 3 to 4 days is the life expectancy of the flowers. I've gone to numerous flowers shops and have received numerous flower arrangements and they last one to two weeks no problem . They were not friendly. They did not do anything for me or give me a credit or anything and I think that's so unsettling, will not do business there any longer and neither will any of my friends that all live in Whitefish! So I am posting here as well. Unfortunately don't recommend this store. They do have very cute gifts & souvenirs and such, but the attitude from employees is, and has been awful for years. You get a sneer over a hello, a sigh or attitude if you have a question and I honestly would just never imagine the kind of treatment I have both, witnessed and received, especially in a Hallmark store while picking up a greeting card for Grandpa or an ornament gift. I try to stay positive as often as possible, even when people are rude and nasty. Maybe the sales person has had a bad day or isnt feeling well or just went through something crazy stressful and didnt have the energy to hide it? We're all human and we all have bad days.. but this just isnt the case here. This is a constant repeat and its darn right irritating. In all of my years of going, I have been a Hallmark member for many years and have been to about 6-8 different locations throughout 2 states now. Believe me, the free monthly card & coupons are not worth the stress of the visit. See other reviews as well if you'd like (not just Yelp either). Also, the corporate office has nothing they can do as this particular store is independently owned by the chain: Higgins Hallmark Shop.
