I ordered flowers for a friend who had been in the hospital online I received the confirmation. I called a day after delivery date to see if they had been delivered. I was told that the order was canceled and that an email was sent and refunded the money. I did not receive an email. I was told they do not deliver everywhere in Kalispell. They did not deliver to the friends address. She told me to order from another florist. This is not the way I think a business should be run. I asked if they would fill the order and I would arrange for them to be picked up. She said No. therefore, I would never use them or recommend them to anyone read more

While the arrangement is pretty, I don't think it remotely warrants the $300 I spent. I even asked when ordering if it would be really large and they said it would be. Very disappointed. read more

My husband ordered flowers for me from Rose Mountain Floral. The arrangement that was delivered around 5:30 in the evening was unbelievably small and sparse for something that cost 80+ dollars. To add insult to injury by early the next morning half of the flowers were wilted and dying. This was the worst floral experience we have had. After posting my original review my husband was contacted by Rose Mountain Floral and they apologized for the arrangement and credited his card for the purchase. I then changed my review from one star to three. We appreciated this very much however, I doubt that we will order flowers from any florist in the future I believe I can get a better bang for my buck elsewhere. Although I did not get to see the flowers, my friend described them to me on the phone--sunny yellow roses with coral tips amid greenery and other smaller accent flowers.
