Rather than acknowledging how poorly we were treated, expressing genuine concern, or making any effort to understand what happened, you simply dismissed the review by claiming we had the wrong business. After reading some of your other negative reviews and your responses to them, I noticed what appears to be a pattern: dismissing criticism rather than taking accountability. Customer service isn't defined by how you treat people when everything goes right. It's defined by how you respond when something goes wrong. A sincere apology, a willingness to listen, or even an attempt to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, your response only reinforced my original impression. Accountability is not an admission of failure. Refusing to take accountability is a failure of leadership. Do better.
