They did not deliver to the friends address. She told me to order from another florist. This is not the way I think a business should be run. I asked if they would fill the order and I would arrange for them to be picked up. She said No. therefore, I would never use them or recommend them to anyone

Looks like they would've made them a bit different for someone's special birthday. What is so unsettling is I received my flowers Wednesday late afternoon and by Sunday they were basically dead, and spending $100-$150 on arrangement. I think they should last a little longer than 3 to 4 days. On Monday, my friend and I walked into the store and I had photos of my flowers and they basically said sorry 3 to 4 days is the life expectancy of the flowers. I've gone to numerous flowers shops and have received numerous flower arrangements and they last one to two weeks no problem . They were not friendly. They did not do anything for me or give me a credit or anything and I think that's so unsettling, will not do business there any longer and neither will any of my friends that all live in Whitefish! She told me that the mums would be purple and the roses pink and yellow but otherwise it would look the same. Not even close. So very disappointed.
