The woman helping us was rude and barely looked up from her phone. We picked up a plastic filler plant and pulled it apart to look at it, as you normally would when considering a purchase. Her response was, "Great, look what you did! You ruined it!" When we asked how we had ruined it, she couldn't give us an answer. I've rarely experienced customer service this poor. We definitely won't be back, and based on this experience, I can't recommend this business to others. If this employee is not the owner, I would seriously reconsider having someone with this attitude representing your business. If she is the owner, then the message is even simpler: do better. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
