I would have given them 5 stars but I'm not impressed with their customer service. The staff doesn't seem like they want to be there and it shows. Consider yourself lucky if you come across an employee who says "hello" or even smiles. Apparently those are becoming harder and harder to find these days. I still enjoy shopping here because of the variety and also the low prices.

His entire team, from picking up the couch while we weren't home (it IS Montana after all) to keeping me updated and then returning it, were wonderful, polite and professional. The couch works great, I think they even cleaned it! And it was inexpensive considering Harry basically had to put two new mechanisms and new padding in the arm of the couch and well, I'd highly recommend them.
