    Proper time is not taken with the patients and they don't listen to the patient. Way too over priced to treat people that way.

Their customer service is extremely poor, their…read moretherapy is lack luster and they also attempt to upsell you on products and procedures not covered by your insurance as your sessions come to an end. I am completely dissatisfied in its entirety with this office. Every time I went in, my PT couldn't be bothered to provide clear direction to the exercises, I constantly had to ask him to repeat what he wanted me to do and how many sets. He spent his time tapping his pencil, typing on his computer and walking around in circles not showing me how to do certain exercises and being visibly bored. It was a complete joke. I gained zero abilities from any of the exercises set in my "program" and walked away from every single appointment in more pain then I arrived in. I also spent two to three additional days recovering from the pain caused by their set exercises. I watched an older man during my last appointment get stuck in his strap to stretch his knee because his PT walked away without informing him of what she was doing, and went and handled an "insurance issue" on the other side of the office. He was stuck for so long MY PT had to go assist him with a different exercise until his PT could return to her job. RIDICULOUS. Today I received a text message reminder of an appt scheduled separately of our original appointments (due to a system issue), at 3:22PM. The appt is for tomorrow at 10:40 AM. Unfortunately due to a Veterans Day ceremony change I needed to change my appt time. After discussing multiple days to reschedule and none of them working the representative got back on the phone with a completely different tone and said "actually we can't see you after tomorrow due to your care plan anyway so it would be a cancellation fee you need to pay because you're within your 24hr period and you signed a contract!!" Are you kidding me? Number 1; I had zero information on how many sessions I was referred for, #2 my final appt was scheduled after the first three appts were made due to their computer issue.. I had no printed copy of the appt, no email nothing. I had one reminder sent short of the 24 cancellation notice so the patient has no options. Who runs a business like this? Absolutely appalling. I would recommend you find another office if you are seeking actual professional physical therapy because it will not be had at this office.

This was despite having multiple neurology clinics recommending she continue therapy. She had been taken off medicine for dizziness two weeks ago. that means any test prior to that would not be comparable to the non medicated test results. I think insurance wasn't paying them enough despite my $36 copay for lack luster care So they wanted an out. Initially we thought they had knowledge, but the stagnant and low progress was also in part due to lack of knowledge on how to proceed by therapist. very dissatisfied with how they dropped their care for my daughter still needing therapy per her medical doctors and neurologist. karma will be back. neurological disorders are on the rise so they need to amp up their lack of knowledge and protocols of just dropping patients.very disrespectful for a place that claims to be patient centered. Far from that.

    I needed 4 new tires for my automobile and after price shopping online Walmart in Crestview, FL had…read morethe best prices so I went there, after waiting in line for a customer service rep to talk to I was told that it would take about 2 hours because they were busy so I said that would be alright and I would just sit and wait. Well after five and one-half hours of waiting, I was told that the job was completed. While waiting I noticed that each customer who came in after me was told the same thing, it would take about two hours, this seemed to me to be a line that was either made up by the customer rep., or was provided to them by a supervisor. Needless to say, I was not happy by the time I left the store. If a large company wants repeat, happy customers the truth would be foremost at all times.
